I had the honor of catering my second event at this venue. Honestly, we had the most fun. Layne and her staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything and everything we needed. They made at least two different runs to pickup extra drinks that the bride and grooms family ran out of. I’ve seriously never seen anything like it. If you have the opportunity to book this beautiful venue, please do so immediately, you will be well taken care of and made to feel very special.

Had our wedding here last weekend, and I truly couldn’t recommend this venue more! We felt like we found a hidden gem. The barn, pavilion, newly renovated bridal and groom suites, and the beautiful landscaping and views are absolutely perfect. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Alexa and the entire Oak & Ivory staff. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day as smooth, stress free, and easy as possible. We are so grateful we chose Oak & Ivory for our special day! 🤍

Alexa was so amazing to work with! She was patient and kind every step of the way. The venue itself is stunning and fulfilled all of our needs from decorating to rehearsal to wedding and then cleanup! Communication was clear and easy, getting a response within a day. Our daughter and son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams! We highly recommend Oak and Ivory.

We had the BEST wedding September 6th, 2025 at Oak & Ivory! Alexa and her team were generous enough to do a contest allowing one lucky couple to win a “free wedding” on them and sure enough, we were blessed enough to be picked. They made the whole wedding process easy and Alexa was always so kind and helpful- we even had little gift baskets filled of wedding gifts from them, bottles of champagne in our bridal sweets and snacks upon our arrival for our big day. Alexa and her crew goes above and beyond to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams! Also- the scenery is beyond beautiful if you like a “rustic” look. I would rate this beautiful venue more than 10 if this allowed me to do so. Definitely a must have place for a wedding! Check them out!

I recently attended a birthday party at Oak & Ivory and was very impressed with the facility. The rustic barn was updated with some modern touches and was very comfortable inside even during the summer heat. The views and landscaping were beautiful and the staff were super friendly. I’d highly recommend this event center!

Oak & Ivory Event Center is a lovely and charming venue located in Ashland Ohio. The rustic barn has been restored and is beautiful. Recently visited for a birthday party. Very spacious and open! Amazed that the temp in the barn was very comfortable , nice and cool. The owners are super friendly!

Beautiful location! Everything is so well set up and allowed the event to go so smoothly. Bathrooms are fully updated and the air conditioning made the hot day so much more enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone!
