Amalia was a wonderful wealth of knowledge. I bought 2 of her books to continue learning and researching. “Think like an Herbalist” and “Forage and Heal”. We hiked the property while identifying many plants and collected mullein, red clover, red raspberry leaf to make a delicious tea. We also discussed benefits of many of the plants and made a tincture to assist in healing.
