Excellent Outdoor Lighting Service Charles Belle of NightOak Outdoor Lighting did an excellent job. I looked around for 2 years trying to find someone who would give me a reasonable quote with quality lighting. Charles listened to what I wanted, made some very good suggestions. The work was done professionally. He placed the wires where they wouldn't interfere with the flower beds and future digging. Installed the system with minimal disruption of the property. I'd highly recommend NightOak for their professionalism, esthetic design, and conscientiousness.

I've engaged quite a few contractors to fix/upgrade my newly-purchased home, and NightOak comes in at number one. Charles was transparent and hyper-responsive throughout the process, proactively providing updates on the project and even working around delays on my end. Charles also went above and beyond in an attempt to fix an issue not covered in the original estimate. The lighting looks great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NightOak for your next lighting project!

Charles and his team at NightOak Outdoor Lighting did an outstanding job installing outdoor lighting on our brick house. We knew nothing about lighting design, but Charles provided excellent recommendations and happily answered all our questions. Despite the complicated logistics (drilling discrete holes and running wiring through a crawl space), the final result is extremely professional. My wife and I both love the final result and we enthusiastically recommend Charles and NightOak!

Charles and his team were outstanding to work with and would not hesitant to recommend them or use them again in the future. He took the time to thoroughly go over different options for my backyard lighting project, beyond what I originally had in mind. The quality of the fixtures they use for the installation is far beyond anything you can buy over the counter at the big box stores. We've already discussed a couple add-on lighting options in the future and look forward to working with them again.

Wanting something for your home, in this case outdoor lighting, and knowing how stressful it can be makes it hard to commit. It is an home improvement that you do see a lot of. My wife researched businesses that provided this service and as usual it was overwhelming! When we had the opportunity to speak with Charles from Nightoak Outdoor Lighting, that stress we were feeling lightened. Charles is the owner and designer for his company and it was obvious right from the beginning that he knew what he was talking about. He detailed the entire process from A to Z. Charles answered our concerns and ensured before departure that we had what we needed to make our decision. It was obvious who we were going with. Charles and his Team arrived to complete the project and from day one were professional in their communication and treatment of our property. I say property because as we all know, Contractors do the work and leave your property like a war zone! Charles and his Team cleaned up and left our home the way it was when they arrived. In selecting Nightoak we received the attention to detail, 100% customer service, and the professionalism we were looking for! Thanks again Charles for the outstanding work!!

Wow! We had Charles come to do some repair on the yard light setup we inherited from the previous owner. While we kept the same lights (some needed repair which he took care of easily), we decided to upgrade the boxes and get some messy wiring cleaned up. It’s so much better now! Charles is a creative problem solver and really interested in helping his clients. He’s definitely a people person and is super willing to help you understand your situation and possible solutions. He also did amazing cleanup afterwards which was icing on the cake. We recommend NightOak whole-heartedly.

I just had my outdoor lighting done by NightOak Outdoor Lighting, and I normally don’t write reviews (even though I read plenty of them). I’m making an exception because I am so impressed with the work they did—my yard is now an absolute dream. A few years ago, I had some outdoor lighting installed by another large, well-known company. They did a fine job, but it was nothing that made me want to write a review. This time, with the economy the way it is, I wanted to support a small, family-owned local business. I hadn’t heard of NightOak before, but when Charles came out to give us an estimate, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, creativity, and thoughtful ideas. The estimate was reasonable, so I decided to move forward—and I’m so glad I did. Charles came out multiple times to run wires, adjust fixtures, and even add more lights, making sure every detail was perfect. He treated my yard like it was his own, and the results are stunning. I didn’t know Charles or his company before this, but I’m writing this review because I want others to receive the same quality service I did. My yard truly looks amazing, and the pictures my son took don’t even do it justice. If you are looking for someone to design and install outdoor lighting, I would only call Charles at NightOak. He is professional, creative, and genuinely cares about the finished product.
