I feel this is a ********* company operating with a handful of people. They said the truck would take 4 - 6 days but after pick up, I found out my things went into a warehouse while waiting for a truck and it could take up to 3 weeks.I was quoted an estimate after sending several picture and conversations. I explained I am on a strict budget. I never received the ** call they said they would do before the move and when the movers showed up, they said my things went over by 300 cubic ft (almost $2000 extra). When I called to request a manager or owner, nobody would provide the name and *****, who works as their customer service representative told me "we assume you read your contract". I never received a contract, only an estimate. She then hung up on me. When I attempted to reach the person who helped me during the sale and he was not available, I received a call back from *****. When I again requested someone with escalation status, she said "well I guess I can't help you" and hung up again.This has been a nightmare. They don't have customer service and don't have any way to escalate an issue.

I would never recommend this company . Bait and switch tactics of giving a low price up front and then the night before the move, calling and jacking up the price 40% when you have no option to try and change to someone else. Then the morning of the move, their own employee comes and says they know this happens and that he will have it fixed back to the original price. He of course ask for a big tip for doing this , but then the change in price never happens and the company does nothing. I chose them as a veteran owned company (Being a veteran myself), thinking I could trust them.....HUGE MISTAKE. Dont use them!!
