Their price was lower than most suppliers and they actual had inventory. I could have bought the obsolete part as a direct replacement or the newer version which I chose. Their part shipped the next day. Unfortunately, UPS had some sort of weather emergency which delayed my shipment for 4 extra days. No fault of New Golden Pools.
Excellent and prompt service . Motor came via UPS on given timeline. Great pricing and good service. Would recommend very strongly
I guess some of these 5 star reviews must be paid reviews. I ordered a pentair color controller for my lights. Got it in pretty fast. Come to find out that I dont need it as my pump that I bought from them has relays to control the light. So initially I didnt open the box and emailed them to start the return process because I ordered an item that I dont need. I emailed 3 times with no response. I called 20 times in 1 day and each time it rings once and goes to a prerecorded message. I read reviews about people having similar experience and some getting wrong items and no communication. I decided to open the box and they sent me a Jandy cell, which is not what I ordered at all. Because of no communication at all, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Maybe this bs company will respond. If the pump and salt cell doesn't work when installed, I will be forced to do same thing as they have 0 communication. I read they have been selling salt cells that have been recalled by pentair. I do my research before making major purchases and I guess I missed the negative reviews or I wouldn't have spent money with this BS company. Can't figure out how to upload pics but I would show the bs they sent if I could

We made a mistake when shipping the item; we contacted you and sent a shipping label so you could return the incorrect item for a refund. We haven't heard back from you.
This piece was exactly as described and the perfect replacement part for IC 40 salt generator went with the IC 60 because it hopefully will not have to work as hard and last longer. Pretty quick delivery service You’re welcome. Very easy directions to follow and is working great so far two days
This place is great. Not only the best price for the salt cell, but delivery was wicked fast. Will definitely shop here again.
I had to replace my old Pentair Ichlor 30 and they had the best price for the recommended replacement. I ordered the new unit on a Friday and it was received the following Monday. However, the box had been opened and someone had written on the instruction booklet, and then tried to erase it, that they tried to install the unit but it was defective. After an email and a call to the company, I was told that they had run out of new units and someone had sent a returned unit by mistake. They sent a return label and removed the charge from my credit card when they received it. I purchased another unit from a local pool company instead.
DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED
Bought a new Pentair Plus 30 salt cell for $1100+
It worked great—until it didn’t. Died after just six weeks. Golden Pool told me that because I didn’t hire a “pool professional” to install it—they won’t help.
That’s weird because the salt cell is literally described as a “drop-in” replacement for the old Pentair model. Installing the salt cell by yourself is what people do every time they clean it.
Turns out that the new Pentair salt cells are identified on-line as very problematic. They’ve got known issues.
The lack of help from Golden Pools is really disappointing. Will not be doing business with them again.

We have never spoken to you in any other way, nor is it true that you must have the Pentair units installed by a certified professional, although this does help in terms of warranty, since, as you know, it is conditional and they handle it independently of our company. I was delighted with the price and delivery of the new Pentair Plus-30 Salt System I purchased from New Golden Pool. I had no problems.
The product did arrive in fine condition but it wasn't the unit I ordered. What's more, I called New Golden's customer service line 10-15 times but each call went directly to voicemail. I left several messages asking for a call back but received no response.
Very disappointing.
Super quick shipping and worked perfectly. Love it!

Best prices by far. Service was lackluster simply because I received no communication after placing the initial order. I'm accustomed to receiving shipping updates, etc. This made me very nervous, wondering if NewGoldenPool was even a legitimate company. In the end, I received the order in a timely manner and am completely satisfied with the final results.

Pricing is fair and shipping quick. However, communication is nonexistent. When calling customer service all you get is voicemail. Messages are not returned.
