They mailed me a defective salt chlorine generator, over $800 total.
Called and left my #, nobody called back. Customer service texted me once, I told them a warranty guy for Pentair was coming but it was costing me an additional $100. Turns out even he couldn’t get it going, had to totally replace the generator. Customer service doesn’t respond. Last texted them 7 days ago, still no reply. Wasn’t provided a sales receipt or invoice which you need for the warranty to be effective. Who does business like that ???

Hi Barbara, I’m sorry for the frustration caused. Once again, we apologize for the confusion. The system is responsible for sending invoices once the purchase is made. We will review what could have happened to cause this to fail :(
