I have dealt with Nelson Tractor on several occasions and with Jacob in Service in particular. He has gone way out of his way to make sure he gave me the very best customer service he could give. In fact, the entire team including Logan the GM have been nothing but helpful. I bought a used machine and was trying to get the telematics working and it wouldnt because Kubota still showed it in the name of the man I bought it from. Jacob spent a lot of time and several phone calls getting it all changed over, even calling me after he completed it to let me know I was good to go. Because of that kind of service I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my Kubota equipment. Hats off to the entire team, but especially Jacob!

Truck delivery is easy, enough room to maneuver. Signage is on point so you will have no difficulty finding where you need to go. Restroom is available. No overnight parking and they open at 9am

Nelson Tractor is simply outstanding. I dealt mainly with Jacob, but I did speak with others, including the guys who came to pick up my tractor. I'm really pleased with their customer service, pricing, and timeliness. There can't be a better tractor business out there. I will buy my next tractor from Nelson. I needed an attachment for my Kubota L3902 tractor, and he was incredibly helpful, worked with me on the pricing, and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I also had a wiring issue with my tractor. Logan arranged to have it picked up, diagnosed, repaired, and returned to me the very next day. He even worked with me on the pickup and delivery fees, which I really appreciated. The entire staff at Nelson Tractor is courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to providing prompt, excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Nelson Tractor for all your tractor sales, service, parts, and equipment needs.
