Got myself a new Ariens Deluxe 28 SHO for the big snowfall that happened today and absolutely love it! It powers through this snow with ease! I had heated hand grips put on and now I don't even need gloves when I do it! The LED light is a great bonus to see at night. If you need a snowblower, go see the folks at Grace!!
Grace Small Engine in Lake Mills is hands-down one of the best small-engine shops around. Their service is outstanding from start to finish—fast turnaround times, clear communication, and a team that genuinely cares about helping you out. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
They serviced our snow blower quickly, getting it tuned up and running before the snow arrived. The prices were honest and more than fair.
Highly recommend them for anyone in the area!

Just a few days ago we stopped by Grace to look at the zeronturns, even though we knew the business had closed 30 minutes prior. While we browsed we were met by Cindy and Corey followed by Sam to see how we could be helped. Over an hour past closing time and not once did we feel rushed. Thanks so much to Grace Small Engine and Sam (and Emma too :). Brought in a chainsaw and a push mower both having issues. Sam diagnosed both right away and fixed them on the spot. I was able to take them home the same day. And you couldn't beat the price ;-) We will be back next time we have service needs. When the day comes to replace our chainsaw or mower, we will be looking at Grace - what a selection they have of mowers, chainsaws and snow blowers! They know their stuff and their equipment. Highly recommend!
Grace has worked on my push mower and snowblower, and you couldn't ask for much more from a small engine repair shop. Plus, Corey and his team are genuinely nice, helpful people. I live down the street, and a couple of weeks ago I was mowing my lawn when my mower's engine started acting up. Corey was walking to his truck when he happened to see what was going on, and he ran back inside to grab me the keys to one of his fancy zero-turn jobbies and insisted I borrow it. A great, local small business.
We stumbled onto this gem of a business as we left breakfast next door one Sunday. Grace Small Engine is the kind of small town business you see in movies and wish existed in real life.
Corey and his wife and the ENTIRE crew are friendly, helpful, genuine, honest, and definitely have gone above and beyond for us more than once. They have serviced our mowers, snow blower, rototiller, and sold us some very high quality tools. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
Top notch professionalism and high level of service. Had an issue with my newly purchased mower, Corey was willing to follow me home to take a look. Ended up having Sam make a special trip at no charge. Our mower was back up and running in a handful of minutes. Definitely not an experience you would get from a big box! Thanks guys!

This is a wonderful shop. My snowblower needed repair and they picked it up in Waterloo, fixed it, and dropped it back off, in a snow storm. Very grateful to everyone at Grace Small Engine for taking care of us in a time of need for a very fair price.
We used them to service our snow blower a few years back and were amazed that they were able to pick up and drop off. Took our lawn mower in to be looked at this past week and he was able to fix it on site. Amazing service, great people, highly recommend.
