I purchased a Husqvarna Automower from Platts Robotics a couple of years ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My lawn has never looked better (and without me having to lift a finger!). The service provided by the team at Platts has been exceptional throughout - from the initial survey, through the installation to the advice and assistance they’ve given me (and continue to give me) post sale. Tom and Dudley are experts in their field and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We purchased a Husqvarna 450X with Epos from Platts, having spoken to Tom in depth about using the mower to cut the grass in our garden as well as an adjacent paddock area. The installation team were excellent and completed the install along with training.
The mower performance has exceeded expectations, especially with the tricky early season conditions

It’s only our first season with our Husqvarna but it has been a fabulous investment. We chose the purchase and install option from Platts Robotics and have been extremely impressed with the service we received from Tom and his team. He offered sound advice on the most appropriate model for our garden, installed the boundary wiring in an afternoon, and ensured that we were fully conversant with its operation before leaving us to it. Helpful advice is available at a moments notice about any issues that may arise. It’s now very much part of the family and I could not imagine life without it. I only wish I’d made the investment years ago!

After a couple of attempts at tackling our large lawn, my husband decided that he’d had enough so he picked up the phone and spoke to Tom who gave him such good, honest advice that he decided to adopt our Jeeves (Husqvarna).
Dudley came round and set Jeeves up for us and helped with the app and installation.
We are still enjoying cups of tea whilst Jeeves does all the work both in rain or shine.
We would highly recommend Platts and have been showing our friends and family the new addition to our robot family.

Tom was so knowledgeable about what was needed for our large property. His after sales service is amazing. I absolutely love our mower, it is definitely something many more people should consider. Our lawn always looks good and we have so much more time back.

What can I say! Tom installed Gizmo in double quick time, he has been roaming round the garden ever since keeping our 4 acre plot neat and tidy. The advice we were given was invaluable, We really need two Mowers but Tom insisted we buy one to start with to see how we got on, honest Salesman. The customer service and support I can only describe as fantastic and Tom keeps in touch with Gizmow on a regular basis to make sure he is doing his job and tweaking his settings. We hope to welcome C3P Mow soon. Lawn has never looked so good, we have saved a day a week in time. Photos are after only a couple of weeks

I do not normally leave reviews but the service from Tom and his team was outstanding. This is my 2nd Automower and I wished I had used Platts for my first one. During various telephone conversations with Tom, I decided to purchase a Husqvarna 550 EPOS.
Toms attention to detail and knowledge base was outstanding and even though he was a good two and half hour driver away stayed until 5.30 until he was sure everything was working to his satisfaction.

We have received an excellent service from beginning to end on the installation of two robotic mowers by Platts. Following the great success of the first mower on a challenging area of sometimes steep and irregularly shaped lawn, we had no hesitation in contacting Tom again for a second mower for a different larger area. In each case careful consideration was given to both the terrain and size of area requiring cutting, as well as our expectations, and a suitable model was suggested. It is obvious that Tom and Dudley are massively passionate all things robotic mower, with unparalleled knowledge and experience to match.

As an independent woman, I can do anything, but quite frankly there are far better things I want to do with my weekends than mow my lawn!
After a chance encounter at Chelsea flower show, I discovered platts robotics, and the life-changing robotic mower! I had an in-depth discussion with Tom shortly after the show, and was delighted to have my mower installed just a few weeks later. I'd seen them before on my travels, but never realised how beneficial they could be.
I'm beyond delighted with the product, and the service received, and the additional time at the weekend for brunches!
