unprofessionalism in constantly changing staff for starters. With the exception of a select few, it doesn’t seem anyone takes their job seriously anymore. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years now and it’s reached the point where I want to get my products and leave. The product itself has always been on point and of good quality. The entire staff once was like this as well. What happened? I am no longer going to be recommending NEA as “the best in the city” any longer, due to this lack of professionalism. This a place of business, not a romper room. Employees need to do a much, much better job in the way they represent the company. That select few employees that are doing what they’re supposed to be doing end up looking bad as a result of this. Tighten that ship all the way up.
