My favorite Pilates class in NYC! I’ve done Pilates at at least 4-5 different studios in the city and Natural is hands down my favorite. I leave feeling like I got the best workout and excited to come back. The classes are balanced and well taught and you can modify based on your level of experience. But really what makes Natural special are the INSTRUCTORS. Amanda H is pure magic. She will *not* let you do moves wrong (in the best way!) so no bad backs / injuries coming out of her class! Her energy keeps you motivated and you really progressively learn with her. Because of her, I do Pilates way more than my other workouts and really only want to take her classes (or Kat’s!). You won’t regret signing up!

I have been a client at NP for 10 years now, today was my first time at their SoHo location. Over 10 years of practice, I still believe this is the best studio with the best trained instructors and machines. I love this place so so much. My absolute FAVE class in the city. Nothing beats this studio - it’s challenging (truly humbling), creative and so welcoming. I look forward to my classes here, it’s my happy place. You can’t go wrong with any teacher but my personal faves are Moki, Amanda, Hannah & Kat.
