Everyone I encountered today was extremely helpful and courteous! Dr. Cory, welcome to Nixa! You're awesome! I really appreciated the time you took to explain all the options available to me to treat my dry eye, including simple things I can do at home. Having those recommended items in stock at a good price was an added convenience!

All the staff was great! The Dr was knowledgeable AND shared his knowledge. He didn't leave what needed to be said to an assistant. He talked my level of "eyeball --eze". The lady that handled the frames and estimates, did a good job picking out frames suitable for me and she hit a home run. The frames presented to me were between roughly 198$ to 260$ . Just the frames. This is a lot for me as I am on limited income. They hadn't figured lenses and such yet. I recommend the Vision Clinic. If you're like me, financially, it's worth saving money

I’ve put off going to the eye doctor for 3 years since moving to Springfield. I finally made an appointment here and everything was excellent. Glasses selection is incredible and everyone was so friendly.

Staff was excellent, very professional, very friendly and communication was extremely good. Brad was a true professional and a very good listener and communicator about my issues with clouded vision. My fitting for Sunshade by Carter Parker was very professional.

Dr. Lewis and his team were incredible. I always leave my appointments smiling . I have been a patient there for 35 years. I can highly recommend.

Dr. Sandy took her time with me and explained any questions I had. Several years ago we were patients but wanted to try closer to home but we never got the same care or expertise any where else. So glad we are now back

Dr Holmes has been a wonderful eye doctor. I enjoy our chats in the office. I must say I do not like the changes the Vision Center is making. It was always a friendly comfortable atmosphere and since the change it feels very cold and sterile. Dr Holmes will definitely be missed. So the five stars are for Dr Holmes. The clinic I would give three stars just because of the changes they are making seem less personal.
This was my first visit, but everyone was incredibly friendly. Dr. Parker did not rush me and took time to explain a few things. It was a great experience!
