I have not found a way to phone Nixa clinic direct. You cannot real people to talk to without going through a lot of repetitive recordings. If you are not busy, it might be ok but if you need real information quickly, forget it

I ordered new lenses last week for my son. I was told the order was placed and they would be in within a week or 2. I called back today and was told there was no order placed. I was upset obviously and told the lady on the phone my son has severe vision impairment and needs his glasses and has been without for 2 weeks and the gentleman I spoke with assured me the order was placed and would call when they arrived. I told the lady I guess we will go somewhere else since you guys can’t seem to take care of clients to which she replied in a smug voice “ok” and hung up.

They were great! They got us appointments sooner than anyone else could, the staff was amazing as well as the doctor herself. They brought us the frames that our specific insurance covered and we were in and out within a good amount of time. It’s a very cute spot too! Highly recommend ☺️

Visited this center today and was treated absolutely horrible by the clinic manager. I left with a broken heart for the girl who thought it was okay to treat another human the way that I was treated and think that it was okay. She was beaming with joy as she was degrading me for being one minute late to my appointment in which they called me and moved my appointment up and I explained to them I was across town and it would be cutting it close. I don't believe I've ever left a review but as a business owner I would hope somebody would tell me that my patients were being treated so poorly and I had somebody in a management position that could treat another human with cruelty. Needless to say I was not seen nor will I be returning.
