Very much pleased with the service. Our driver Mr. Bryan was thoroughly helpful and respectful. They even upgraded me on a more premium segmented car.
Highly recommend Mytrip and Bryan. He is punctual, responsible and very pleasant. Feels very safe driven by him.
So glad that I was able to find private car transport through Mytrip Malaysia as I flew into KL and needed transport to Terengganu. They were very responsive to my Whatsapp inquiry, and were able to offer me transportation by car with airport pick up that was well organised, and communicated so all went smoothly without any complications. Their pricing is competitive, service is good and professional. They are a trustworthy transport company and Bryan, the driver who picked us up from the airport was an excellent driver. The journey we had was very safe and the car was very comfortable, overall it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed the 4.5 hour trip. I highly recommend them for their transport services!
Road Trip from KL airport to Malaka. I don't know his full name but wei was very good, the car was in excellent condition and clean and I got there in good time
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! Highly Recommended!
The driver was punctual, and the entire journey was smooth and comfortable. He was very helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our luggage was properly loaded and unloaded with care.
We are very pleased with the excellent service and will definitely engage the same company and driver for our future trips. Highly recommended to friends and family! ❤️❤️❤️
Very arrogant and trying to scam foreigner.

It was not because you are a foreigner. *We do not discriminate based on nationality in any way.*
For a 5-seater vehicle, the standard luggage arrangement is limited to *2 M-size or 2 S-size pieces of luggage*. During our conversation, you requested to bring *two 28-inch suitcases and one hand-carry*, which exceeds the vehicle’s normal luggage capacity.
For safety reasons, we cannot allow the vehicle to be overloaded, and we cannot accept a request that exceeds the vehicle’s safe carrying capacity.
Our decision was based solely on the *vehicle’s luggage capacity and safety requirements*, not on your nationality. We also do not charge extra simply because a passenger is a foreigner.
We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, but we must prioritize the safety of our passengers and drivers. Thank you for your understanding.

After being quoted an outrageous price by another company, I was happy to find My Trip. They quickly responded via WhatsApp with a reasonable offer and simple booking process for a custom day trip to Malacca. Sam was my driver and he was right on time, drove responsibility and made sure I got to see all the main sights. He also recommended a good restaurant for lunch. The day was exactly what I was looking for on my last day in Malaysia. Thank you Sam and My Trip, I highly recommend them.
We used MyTrip for a day trip from KL to Melaka and back. We booked the trip the day before “last minute”. It was a very easy process via WhatsApp for the booking. The following morning, we were punctually picked up by the driver and guide. He (Ah Fai) was very pleasant, thoughtful and knowledgeable. His recommendations were excellent. We were returned back to our hotel in KL punctually. Recommend MyTrip and will definitely use them again.
I cannot recommend this car company highly enough! From start to finish (KL, JB and Genting), they handled everything seamlessly right through WhatsApp, making coordination incredibly easy and stress-free. Every single driver was exceptionally punctual, professional, and caring. The cars were spotlessly clean and highly comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, showing genuine support for their passengers. We even traveled through the mountains, and their gentle driving and expert knowledge of the routes made us feel completely safe on the winding roads.
What truly sets them apart is their amazing trust and flexibility with payments. We usually paid the drivers in cash. On one occasion when we forgot the money, they were incredibly understanding and simply let us settle it on the next trip without any hassle. That level of trust and top-notch customer service is rare to find.
If you are traveling to Malaysia, do yourself a favor and book with them. They are truly the best!
