It was our First safari, so we compared a few operators Msangai replied first and Zee patiently handled every question. Eric was waiting at the airport for our 1am arrival. James was punctual, sharp-eyed and endlessly patient with my brother's daily barrage of questions. Camps in Serengeti were standouts, and the hot lunches Msangai packed beat everyone else's sandwiches

Our safari with Msangai Adventure was truly an unforgettable experience, and we honestly could not have asked for a better company to make this trip happen.
We had originally planned to go on safari in 2024, but unfortunately, due to an emergency situation, we had to postpone our plans. We were disappointed at the time, but finally, this year, we were able to make our dream safari happen — and it was absolutely worth the wait!
From the very beginning, Zee was incredibly helpful in organizing everything for us. We contacted Msangai Adventure only a few weeks before our arrival, and despite the relatively short notice, Zee managed to arrange our entire itinerary smoothly. He was always quick to respond to our emails and provided very clear and detailed information. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, he patiently explained everything to us. This gave us a lot of confidence before the trip, as we knew exactly what to expect.
Once we started our safari, we were lucky to have Emanuel as our guide, and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, the parks, and the animals, and he clearly knew exactly where to go to give us the best possible experience. His patience and dedication really stood out. He always took the time to explain what we were seeing and answered all our questions along the way.
And the wildlife experience itself was simply incredible. We managed to see the Big Five during our six days of safari! 🦁🐘🐆🦏🐃 Seeing these animals in their natural habitat was something we will never forget. Emanuel’s experience and knowledge definitely played a big part in making these encounters so special.
The accommodation was also excellent. We stayed in some really nice camps throughout the trip, and each one had its own charm. Kiriche Luxury Camp was definitely one of our favourites — we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere, location, hospitality, and overall experience there were wonderful and made our stay even more memorable.
And we have to mention the food! We honestly didn’t expect to eat so well during a safari, but all the meals were delicious. After a full day of game drives, coming back to a good meal was always something we looked forward to.
Overall, this safari exceeded our expectations. From the initial planning with Zee, to the excellent guiding by Emanuel, the beautiful camps, delicious food, and of course the incredible wildlife encounters, everything came together perfectly.
We are so happy that we finally made this trip happen after having to postpone it, and Msangai Adventure made it a truly special and memorable experience for us.

Msangai was able to provide a detailed itinerary with informed photos when we first reached out in booking our 6 day safari. Everything was handled well, smooth communication and transaction. Our driver during the trip was Emmanuel! He gave us the best time and service, he was very knowledgeable and educated as well. From the start to the end, he gave us the 100% and we enjoyed our honeymoon safari more because of him. he brought us to the best spots and viewing of the animals and especially during the river crossing.
We also loved the food and accomodation that was provided to us! Really no complaints, everything was perfect!

7-day safari with Msangai adventure (Kenia + Tanzania)
We booked the safari tour as part of our honeymoon. It was an amazing experience with 2 professional, polite and nice guides (Peter and Godi). We could not have wished for a better trip. The lodges were also very good, clean and the staff was very friendly. They made us feel special during our honeymoon The communication before and during the trip was also very fast and clear. We had an incredible experience with Msangai Adventure during our safari in Tanzania. From the organization to our days in the Serengeti, everything was amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and made the trip even more special. Our dietary requirements were also well taken care of throughout the safari, with delicious vegan and gluten-free meals, and the accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. Fantastische safari!
We hebben werkelijk een fantastische safari gehad met ons gezin (twee jong volwassen dochters). We kwamen via een blog bij Msangai Adventure Safaris en hadden de reviews bekeken. Ik ben blij dat we deze safari hebben gekozen. Het was naast geweldig ook nog bij een lokale operator. We zijn 6 dagen in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara & Tarangire geweest, stuk voor stuk prachtige parken met elk zijn eigen schoonheid. Eric de eigenaar kwam ons ophalen van het vliegveld en heeft ons weer weggebracht. Onze gids Emanuel was heel kundig, kon goed dieren spotten en wist op de een of andere manier telkens de jeep op het beste plekje te zetten zodat we een heel mooi plekje hadden vooraan vlakbij de dieren. We hebben ontzettend veel gezien, naast prachtige vogels, ook heel veel verschillende dieren, de big five en de migratie van de gnoes. De slaapplekken/tenten in de parken hadden veelal een heel mooi uitzicht, lekker eten en ontzettend aardig personeel. Van te voren was ik bang dat 6 dagen misschien te lang was, maar we hadden er nog graag een dag aan vast geplakt. Kortom het was een schot in de roos!

Perfection.
This was my second safari with Msangai, and I could not recommend them more highly. Their service is impeccable, from first contact to managing every question and idea in the planning, to delivering exactly the safari we’d hoped for. In April 2023, I did a 3 day safari with them with one friend, and it was dreamy. This 5 day safari was even better. Tarangire, Serengeti, and Manyara national parks explored with James, an extraordinary guide/driver. The lodgings were all lovely too. Overall, just wonderful in every way.
What an amazing experience with our driver/guide/tracker Gody! We saw the big 5 and Gody was able to spot things that were right in front of us and things that were miles away. It was amazing. Though we had lots of driving seeing every park and all the animals in their natural habitat was an amazing sight to see. Thank you Msangai Adventures
We had a four day safari with Msangai Adventures and James was our guide/driver.
Everything was included in the tour: water, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Park fees, accommodation, guide.
Our guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable about wildlife, gave good detailed descriptions and navigated Serengeti Park very well. He was also fun to be around and we had a great time with his company.
Our accommodation was great, located right inside the park and had lovely food options too. That catered for both of our dietary needs (vegan and gluten free).
We got to see so many animals, among them zebras, elephants, buffalos, hyenas, a cheetah, leopard, ostriches, elands and many other antelopes, vultures and wildebeests.
We wish we had more time to stay longer and cover other areas.
Would highly recommend to anyone considering a safari!
Honeymoon Safari
We had the most amazing time with Msangai Adventure Safaris. They handled all the logistics of our trip, including all hotels, transfers, and meals. Our trip was 10 days- with 6 days of safari and 3 days in Zanzibar. We learned so much and saw all of the animals we hoped to see. James is the best guide, he’s passionate, kind, patient, and funny! We would definitely take another safari.
Feb 2026 - I went back on safari this year after the amazing time I had in July. Unfortunately, I started out sick after picking up something in Zanzibar. It was quite scary being alone and sick on safari, but James was the most incredible guide once again and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the medical care and support I needed. I truly cannot thank him enough and have never had a better tour guide in my life. Eric was also kind and checked in throughout to make sure I was OK. This company is amazing and will keep you safe and take care of you no matter what comes and try their best to help you have a good experience.
July 2025 - I had a wonderful time on safari! Eric was waiting for me at the airport when I arrived with a warm smile and professionalism and I knew right away that I was safe as a solo traveler and in good hands with this company. James was my safari guide and he was an impeccable driver and kept the group I joined safe on the roads and around the animals, while helping everyone see and do everything we wanted. We saw all of the 'big five' and so much more. The hotels and lodges they picked were also wonderful with good food and friendly staff. I went for safari and left with friends. I definitely recommend this group and will book with them again if I ever have the opportunity to return.

I first reached out to Msangai because of the Claire and Peter TikToks, and since this was my first safari, I contacted a few companies just to compare. Msangai immediately stood out -they were the first to respond, professional, and were super helpful from the very beginning. Zee answered all my questions (and there were a lot, especially about flights!) and made the whole planning process easy and reassuring. When we arrived, Erick met us at the airport for a very early morning 1am airport pickup, which we really appreciated. Our guide, James, was awesome - always on time, super knowledgeable, really friendly, and endlessly patient with the million questions my brother asked every day. He made sure we saw everything we wanted and drove safely the entire time. His spotting skills were impressive too - he’d point things out long before anyone else saw them. The accommodations were great across the board, but we especially loved Sound of Silence and Sero Tented Camp. Both had excellent service, beautiful rooms, and delicious food. Also, the hot lunches Msangai arranged were such a nice touch—while other groups were having basic sandwiches, we were enjoying hot meals! Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I’d highly recommend Msangai! Thank you to the Msangai team for a great experience!
