I was dealing with neck stiffness, back pain, and lower back stiffness due to prolonged sitting and long working hours. I visited Mr Chiro, and I’m really glad I did. Dr. Feroz is excellent and took the time to properly assess my condition. He first recommended getting X-rays done, reviewed them carefully, and only then started the treatment. After the very first session, my neck hump and majority of my pain was gone. With the following sessions, I continued to feel better, and my body mobility has increased a lot than before. Maintenance exercises is also helping to maintain the posture of neck and back. I really appreciate his approach, diagnosis, and treatment. Highly recommended if you’re dealing with back pain, stiffness, or similar issues.

At Mr Chiro I was given a targeted treatment post perfect Diagnosis of my Problem. I had been dealing with back pain, neck pain, and sciatica issues for a long time, and I genuinely feel much more relaxed after taking chiropractic treatment from Mr. Feroz Khan. One thing I really appreciated is that he never starts treatment without first reviewing your reports and X-rays, which is quite rare these days. He carefully understands how the body is responding to each session and continues the treatment accordingly. If any area feels stiff, he works on improving it gradually over consecutive sessions without applying unnecessary force that could negatively impact the body. He also explains the root cause and overall issue in depth, which gives a lot of confidence and clarity to the patient. Apart from being highly professional, Mr. Feroz Khan is also a very amiable and approachable person. Overall, it has been a very positive experience for me.

I went to Mr.Feroz with sciatica and mild scoliosis. He very well in advanced told me 8 sessions. Throughout the session here’s my experience Within 3-4 sessions you feel your issue is solved but trust me it is not .. after the fourth session it felt like that will be the last one but every session it kept getting better I completed 8 sessions, my body feels stronger, more balanced and well structured. We acknowledge receipt of your communication regarding your father's recent visit. We understand that your concerns have been expressed in strong language. This visit was his first interaction with our centre so we had no previous records of his health / issues.

Your father came with pre-existing severe cervical (pain extending to his shoulder & arm) and spinal issues, which had progressed over approximately one and half year and got worsened over time & sorry to say nothing to do with believing in or no in google reviews as its not the actual cause of his current condition.

Given the advanced nature and potential volatility of such conditions, a thorough diagnostic process is essential .

Our standard procedure requires proper assessment, including MRI and X-ray scans, to accurately identify the root cause of the issue before commencing any treatment plan like with every other practitioner. Without these reports, we are unable to proceed with a full course of assistance as it may lead straight to surgery at times.

Hence we immediately requested your father to obtain an X-ray as soon as possible, to which he verbally agreed.

He requested immediate pain relief, and following an examination that revealed significant inflammation which radiated pain, we provided supportive measures to reduce this inflammation temporarily, explaining that this was not a definitive treatment for the underlying condition and just simple steps to reduce inflammation.

He reported feeling a degree of relief before leaving. However, he did not go for x-rays after leaving our facility instead went home and later pain shotup again and was taken to hospital by you. If reports weren't ignored and rather acquired intime he could have come to us for proceeding further. hence totally coincidental situation hope you understand.
