Incredible Experience! I went to this branch of Optimize U out of curiosity. I’ve heard things about peptides, testosterone, recovery, cold chambers, saunas, and red beds. At the very least, I saw they offered blood work and the opportunity to review the results. My experience has been incredible, as I’ve been back multiple times since my initial visit. The office staff is incredible and very thoughtful, the office itself was very clean and welcoming, like a five star hotel experience. The nurse practitioner is extremely knowledgeable and listens intently to my concerns, wants and needs to find the right solution for me. I will be returning to this Tampa location!

I had a great experience at Optimize U. The environment is clean, calming, and very welcoming the moment you walk in. I specifically used the sauna, red light bed, and cryotherapy chamber, and all three were well-maintained and easy to use. The staff walked me through everything without rushing me, which made it approachable even if you’re new to these services. Each modality felt like it was set up thoughtfully, and the space itself makes it easy to relax while you’re there. I also had bloodwork done and really appreciated how thoroughly the nurse practitioner went over my results. It wasn’t just a quick overview, he took time to explain everything in detail, answered my questions, and helped me understand what the numbers actually meant in a practical way. The front desk experience was also great, Tianna is friendly, organized, and efficient, which made check-in and scheduling easy. Overall, it’s a well-run wellness space that feels both professional and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it.

Today I had such severe lower back pain that I could barely walk. Dr. Chang did the initial consult and X-rays then started my treatment right there and then. After 1hr, I walked out with 80% less pain and now I am almost pain free at home. He and his staff truly care for their patients. Super informative and friendly. I highly recommend him for any of your chiropractic needs.
