I have been a patient with CSHC Rockledge for over a year. I came because I threw my back out. And for a year my back has responded very well, but I was missing something very important. I was missing the root cause to my pain. Here is where Dr.Keith and his staff have the tools to fine tune your body. Getting to the root cause takes time, patients, and dedication. Testing your body on a metabolic level is very important and eye opening.It truly maps out what and why your body is doing metabolically. It tells deficiencies, toxicities, digestion issues and over all imbalances. So anybody looking to change their life and get control of weight, hormones, inflammation, digestion issues and the root cause of your pain, this team is the one to help you. I have started the Chiro Thin program here at CSHC to help me loose weight.For the last eight years I have not been able to loose weight because my body was stuck. I scheduled a consult. Intake didn't understand everything I said over phone. My pain was muscle not bone. He gave me some good advice and didn't charge me. He didn't say I needed his services and try to lure me into anything. Actually said what he offered wouldn't be a good fit for my issue. What honesty. Versus my last chiropractor, world of difference in how nice and clean office was and his knowledge and focus on health was very notable.

This place is amazing. Dr. Abel - this guy actually takes the time to promote holistic health, not just snap, crackle, and pop. The treatment plan has got me moving better than I have in a while, with measurable improvements in x-rays. Front desk - the ladies up front are amazing. Scheduling is a breeze. They are always cordial, friendly, and smiling. It's a bit different than my previous chiropractor experiences. They focus more on physical therapy movements (cupping, stretching, decompression/traction, etc.)

Being from PA, I come to FL each winter to stay with family. Before coming to FL, I was experiencing minor neck pain for several months, X-rays showing arthritic degeneration. After arriving in FL, the pain became worse. My son is a patient at Coastal Spine and Health and called their office to schedule an appointment for a consultation, which included X-rays. Results showed I had a line of bone spurs down the left side of my neck. On a pain level 1-10, it was a 12, unbearable! I started with a 6 week program with Dr. A-bel, coming 2x each week for treatment. After 6 weeks, re-xrayed and showed a huge improvement, pain level down 2-3. Continuing treatment 1x per week, plus home exercises, ice and heat, I continue to improve. Dr. A-bel cares about the health of his patients. Working with him and the 2 gals with him, are so accommodating and caring. I look forward to my appointment each week.
