Recommended by my sister to visit Dr. Abel and team to get X-rays done because I was having off and on lower back pain. I came in about mid June, did the X-ray, came back same day and got my results. Results showed that my spine was out of line and disc nearly closed not even close to recommended spacing. I decided to start treatment right away and I’ve been consistently sessions every week for the last 3 months. I recently did my first X-ray since beginning treatment and the results were phenomenal. My progress has even been faster than expected and I have been so much better ever since starting. I’m sleeping better, I have more energy during my days, I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve felt discomfort in my lower back. I highly recommend Dr. Abel and the team at Coastline Spine and Health. Very comfortable, professional and helpful environment.

I had some health issues. I couldn’t walk for more than 15 or 20 steps before I had to sit from the pain. The pain was bad. 3 weeks of it. Couldn’t work. I had seen a chiropractor for years in Virginia. Moved here. Thought I was doing ok. Till this came. My Doctor wanted me to get tests done. I decided to look into a chiropractor here. The reviews were great. So I came to see Dr. Abel. We looked at the X-rays he took. Wow there was the problem. My neck and back were bad. The emergency room and my doctor saw the same thing. But didn’t have any idea of what to do besides run more tests. After just 3 weeks of seeing Dr. Abel I’m pain free. I do the exercises every day like I’m suppose to do. I went from going 3 times a week for 2 weeks to 2 times a week for 2 weeks. Too once a week. To see how I do. He wants to get you back to a normal life with no drugs or surgery. Me too. I have already sent a friend here. She loves it too. He and the staff are great. They CARE. It’s not a job to them. Come in to see if they can help. It can’t hurt. Paul from Melbourne.

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Abel and his entire team. I originally came in dealing with pretty severe lower right back pain that I had always assumed was typical sciatica. After taking X-rays and really walking me through what he was seeing, Dr. Abel helped me understand where the pain was actually coming from and identified issues with pseudo-scoliosis and degeneration in my lumbar discs. What I’ve appreciated most is that he didn’t just tell me what was wrong—he came up with a plan to address it. We’ve been working on creating more space between the lumbar discs, improving alignment, and getting my body moving in the right direction. I’ve been seeing him for about five weeks now, and we’re getting ready to combine the chiropractic work with physical therapy as the next step. He’s also given me things I can work on at home in the meantime, which I really appreciate. Beyond the care itself, Dr. Abel and his staff are some of the friendliest people. I always feel welcomed, listened to, and genuinely taken care of when I’m there. It’s been a 10/10 experience from the beginning, and I’m incredibly grateful to finally have a better understanding of what’s going on with my back and a plan for moving forward. Highly recommend!

Dr Keith and the whole team are very invested in not just getting you out of pain or moving again but the entire health of your body. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and they only wanted to fix you temporarily. Dr Keith teaches you how to keep yourself aligned between your appointments with home exercise as well! I won’t go anywhere else for my treatments!

10/10 experience at this place. My only previous experience with any chiropractor was showing up, getting a one size fits all adjustment, and then getting pitched on all the basic plans they offer… Dr. Abel, Desiree, and Rachel are all superstars. I showed up barely knowing what the problem was, and before I knew it I had a clear plan on how to solve the root of the problem, not just to manage symptoms. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a chiropractor that really knows what they’re doing!

If we could give 10 stars, we would. This is not your average or even above average place, it's exceptional!!! If you want corrective results, come here! If you want to get to the root of your pain and not just a bandaid that won't last, come here. If you want to be seen as a whole person and cared for, come here. If you want to deal with flexible office staff and caring doctors, come here! My family has been to several other chiropractors over the years -many that we thought were good. Despite not looking for a new chiropractor, we were lead to Coastline Chiropractic through another health practitioner after one of our children had a significant concussion. Dr. Keith and his team treated that child with compassion, care, and professionalism. They also found and treated other spine issues found during the evaluation that had been missed for years. We were so pleased that we brought two of our other children and we were floored to find out one had scoliosis which had been missed for years by several other facilities. Not only did they find it, but it is being reversed in such a short amount of time through their effective treatment. The third child is also being treated for significant issues that were causing limitations but had been missed by other professionals. As we have been so pleased by the treatment and care that our children have received, I am also now starting my journey of treatment. This group is such a blessing! Caryn

Two years ago, I was hit by an F150 while walking in a parking lot, I have a few ruptured disks. Last year, I started getting sciatica, that pain was actually worse than the accident. In March on my first visit to Coastline, I barely could walk to Dr Abel’s exam room. Dr. Abel took x-rays and explained to me exactly what was going on. My neck should have been banana shaped, it was not. My spine had several places that were off also. I can’t explain it, as well as he can, but it all made sense. Another dr told me.. go ahead and go but all it is,is expensive massage therapy. Now that still makes me wonder….he was saying my spine being off is normal..even though most drs won’t touch it without surgery? All I can tell you is I just got off an 8 day cruise without using my mobility scooter and I haven’t had a sciatica attack since that day I walked in the Coastlines office. I’ll check back when we do the next set of X-rays.. let’s see what this “massage” is doing for me . Please also note that Dr Abel, Rachel & Staff are wonderful!

I’m a so grateful for finding them. I have a long neck and it start to protrude towards by chest. My shoulders always hurt. The professionalism was spot onand were always there to help. My neck is totally straight. Sleep better too. The exercises are mild sitting positions. This loosen up the vertebrae spine fluids and oxygen.
