Using Metz as our HVAC go to has been the best choice we've made. From technicians to office staff, and from installation to maintenance, we always get the best & most knowledgeable service. Professional, yet friendly. No question goes unanswered. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When we installed our new system in June of 2022, from asbestos removal, to new ducting, new registers, and our Trane unit, they were meticulous with every detail. In the 4 years we've had our system, we've never needed a repair, just maintenance checks. Do yourself a favor ... use the family-owned Metz business and become a VIP Member, also. You won't regret it. Our most recent Technician (April 1, 2026), Cris Dulay, was thorough and personable, as have all of the techs that have been involved in maintaining our unit. More than anything, we appreciate their knowledge level and that they don't rush through their work. Metz proves that family-owned is the best way to go.
Axel was terrific as is the entire Metz Staff. Axel stayed until we could replicate the issue we were having and offered his experitise and solutions. Thanks Axel!

I had an evaluation for a new AC condenser and evaporator coil performed by Pedro. He was very thorough and explained to me all of the steps needed to be performed to complete the job and the different systems they had. He also told me of other things that should be addressed. Overall the employee, Pedro, was very competent and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He definitely made me feel comfortable with the company.

our furnace started making a funny noise. Our system is 22 yrs old. We had a company come to check it and they gave us a quote for new AC and furnace. We felt like we were at a car lot. We called Metz Air to come out and give us a quote. The office staff was very accommodating and set up a appt right away.
Nathan came out to give us a quote. We received a text with his photo and arrival time.
Nathan was very knowledgeable. He went through our system and assessed our needs living in a mobile home. He provided us with photos of what he found and wrote up a quote for a new system. We felt comfortable with him and the quote he provided. Everyone that we spoke with our delt with at Metz was professional.
They will start work later this week.

Cris did a great job fixing our AC. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and honest. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing AC repair!

Nathan came and did a tune-up for our AC and went above and beyond! He explained everything clearly, treated us fairly, and helped us with everything we needed for maintenance.

METZ AIR was just an absolute pleasure working with. From the management team, to Norma the office manager, I was able to make an appointment stress free and got seen the next business day. I was helped by Cris who went above and beyond in making recommendations that made sense for the short/long term. This company far exceeded my expectations. They installed the HVAC brand I wanted. Installation was done two days after I received the quote. They even changed out all the vents. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism. Kudos to Nathan, Chris, and the techs.

Pedro came to our home and looked at our Old System, we knew it had to replaced. Pedro explained to us the type of unit that would be installed and answered our questions .the day we decided to go with Metz Air control Pedro brought over a temporary cooling system for us to use.Mario and Johnny installed the new system both very efficient and explained some things as they went along they both did a great job.I know Metz has been in business for a long time another reason why we went with them.
