I had 2 new A/C units installed at the cost of $40K+ on July 17th after they left my survellance system stopped working in the rear of my house. They returned a few days later and said the trip switch was turned off in the attic. The following week the upstairs unit went out completely after sending several text messages to the Sales Manager Jorge he stopped responding. When I met with him initially I told him I wanted them to pull a City permit which he was against saying it would cost more but I insisted. The system continued to make a loud booming sound whenever it came on the noise was coming from the attic. Each time they came out over the following 2 months they would spend hours here and of course they could never find the problem the last technician that came out installed a "safe start device" on one of the units and then when he returned the following wee removed it. They have come out over 6 times in 2 months and also brought the manager from AC Pro the manufacture again spending over 2 hours and of course the problem was not corrected. When the permit company said there needed to be some vents 8 total for downstairs that needed some caulking they quoted me $2,200. to do the caulking I had it done for $110. by a handymanI even had to demand they put in new air filters for this new unit. This has been a total nightmare doing business with this company beware of who you hire and of course do like I did contact the California State License board

METZ Air Control is a family owned business. I have relied on them for about 30 years. Threw 3 generations of their family. They have always done excellent work for me. Their prices are good. Their workers are always on time, professional and very polite. I had them replace all of the ducting in my attic yesterday . It was 30 years old. The two men that were here were polite, explained what they would be doing and worked hard for about 7 hours . when the work was complete the rooms that they went threw were as clean as when they arrived. And believe me that was very dusty, dirty, work. The different in the air coming threw that new ducting system is amazing. The servicemen explained that I had been cooling my attic as well as my home. When they were bringing all of the old parts down I could see how that had been happening. I am very pleased with Metz Air Control and will recommend them to everyone "THANK YOU METZ FOR 30 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE SERVICE".

Metz Air has excellent custtomer service , the only question im left with is after paying tens of thousands of dollars, i need to pay another 4 or $5000, about a year after the unit was installed. Because the air ducts need to be replaced, so they were either missed or somone forgot to check them. No one ever brought up the issue about them needing to be hanging Or replaced In addition to that, I have a leak in my system, which was Fixed with sealant which was the reason why they said i needed a new system, makes me wonder what's gonna happen in the next 2 or 3 years.
