7 years later and I'm still the most satisfied patient in the world. Not only did they literally save my life from the vicious cycle of street drugs there is almost never staff turnover the same people that were there in 2018 when I started going are still there which makes them my family and they feel the same way. My mother was a patient before I was and they never judged me or had anything but sympathy and kindness. Mom and I live 2 hours away and we still drive all the way to Birmingham twice a month rather than somewhere local because it's Soo worth the drive I wouldn't leave the Drs at Medplex no matter where they moved. They will be in my life forever as far as mom and I are concerned. They don't treat patients the same they know all about what my needs are and accomodate them every month. My life once was not worth living I thought I would be drug addled and dead or in prison by now if not for them. But now my entire life and my self have become productive member of society who has purpose and teaches others how to do the same. And if I hadn't had Medplex I know none of it would have happened. I love you all. Billy is professional but also truly concerned for us and runs the office with obvious ease. Tonya Yolanda Katie Anna Dr Snow and Dr Lazemby make other Dr offices that I've been to Look incompetent and lazy. Y'all keep drinking your awesome sauce each morning 🌞 for all our sakes.

Before I discovered Medplex my life was in shambles I was an opiate addict homeless sick weighing about 90 lbs and I have been going since 2018 and it's changed my life in ways that are unbelievable! My quality of life has improved 100000 percent. I know I wouldn't be alive today without them. I love you all. Thank you Medplex!

Dr. Lazemby is awesome! The receptionist is great! I've been going through recovery for a while and they are the best I have found.

I am sorry you feel that way. We obviously cannot talk about protected health information online, but please call our office so we can help. If anyone is looking to discontinue medication, we are happy to provide a medically safe taper plan. Our goal is to help patients reach their goals, so if you have any issues with treatment, I strongly suggest you discuss with Management.
I have been to other chini"s but I really do like these people here... and the doctor I really do like both of them I like this place has saved m Ed from the bad would doing things that I did not like doing ... so thank you all here for saving my life
