Voor bijna 6 weken verbleef ik alleen in de accommodatie van Jorge. Dit om Valencia en de omgeving goed te leren kennen. Dat is gelukt. Ik voelde me snel thuis in de studio. Het ziet er verzorgd uit, en hoewel het niet groot is, heeft het mij alles geboden wat ik nodig had. In de avond heb ik op het balkon vaak kunnen genieten van mooie zonsondergangen. De communicatie met de vriendelijke eigenaar van de studio verliep soepel en snel. Het verblijf bevindt zich in een appartement waar andere mensen een co-living delen, maar je hebt voor de studio je eigen ingang en privacy. Het ligt in een rustige wijk en een rustig complex, wat maakte dat ik goed kon slapen. Net als het prettige bed. Leuk is dat om de hoek, aan de Avinguda de França, allerlei restaurants en koffietentjes zitten. Supermarkt zeer dichtbij, net als een winkelcentrum. En belangrijker nog, je loopt binnen een paar minuten het prachtige Turiapark in. Kortom; ik heb een hele fijne tijd gehad! Bedankt daarvoor!

Ich habe 2 Monate lang in der Unterkunft gewohnt und mich von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann es gar nicht in Worte fassen wie sehr es mir dort gefallen hat. Die Lage, das Drumherum. Einfach alles. Jorge war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat mir immer sehr gut geholfen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, denn ich vermisse es jetzt scho sehr dort zu sein🙏🫶❤️

Jorge回覆非常迅速且友善，有任何問題都可以立即得到回覆。6. 面對馬路，牆壁較薄，會較吵雜一點，非常淺眠的人可以考慮帶耳塞，但不影響我推薦這個房源。 很推薦給正在考慮的人。

Stayed at this studio for 1 month. The great thing was that the studio had everything I needed - it was truly like a home and wasn’t missing a thing. From the laundry, to the iron, to a TV or AC. The apartment was amazing but the location was 50/50. On one hand, it was a great 10min walk to the beach which I loved. On the other hand, it was located in a run down part of the neighborhood so it took some getting used to, but over time I learned that it was generally a safe area. Also it had tons of small shops within 1 min walking distance so I never had the need to go to a real supermarket all month! Just run down and grab what you need. Extremely quiet apartment which is great for light sleepers but also dark during the day which other reviews already mentioned. Has a huge fridge, a comfy bed, nice hot shower.

It’s the second time I’ve been staying with Jorge and I can only recommend it. His system of keeping the house and kitchen in order ist very clear and clever, there’s also a cleaning lady coming once a week so it’s quite clean. Jorge is easy to reach when needed and a great host, will definitely come back!

L'appartamento corrisponde alle immagini e descrizioni, è ben situato per spostamenti a piedi e con mezzi pubblici, anche abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia, 30/40 minuti a piedi, 10 minuti con lo scooter a noleggio oppure ben servito dalla metro.Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i negozi utili e molte attività di ristorazione anche se non incontrano perfettamente i miei gusti. Meglio in altri quartieri, ma è personale. Jorge è molto gentile e attento e le pulizie delle aree comuni sono buone.Consigliato

Me alojé en este apartamento durante un mes y me encontré muy bien. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia incluso prolongada: no faltaba nada y me sentí como en casa.La ubicación es excelente y muy cómoda: justo cerca hay una panadería y un supermercado, perfectos para las necesidades diarias, y también la parada de autobús está a pocos pasos, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos.El propietario fue extremadamente amable, atento y cortés durante toda la estancia, siempre disponible para ayudar en caso de necesidad.¡Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque un lugar acogedor y bien ubicado!

The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Jaciara and Jorge were super nice and always responded very fast. It is definitely a place I would stay again. 10 min walking from the sea and with a bus stop right in front of the building to go to the city center.

I had a nice stay for 5 weeks, the apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and Jorge was also very communicative and helpful. Only thing I didnt understand before, was that the rooms window is not directly to outside but there's a kitchen part with washing machine before the outer window. Due to that the room was not that bright, though also not dark.It was nice to chat with housemates from time to time, there's 3 bedrooms so there will be total of 3 or 4 people staying. There was also cleaners coming once a week to clean the shared areas.

Un lujo la habitación con su propio balcón. Las zonas comunes siempre ordenadas y limpias. Todo muy bien comunicado. La cocina con todos los elementos necesarios. La ubicación del departamento queda en un punto que podes ir a pie a la playa, a la ciudad de las artes y ciencias y al centro. Supermercado y comercios a pasos del departamento. Muy recomendable!
