This was a great find- the location was perfect, multiple bus stops within 2-3 minute walk, the ocean could be seen from the balcony and was an easy 10 min walk. The neighborhood was great and not as busy as main areas of Valencia. Host was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, superou as expectativas de todas as formas. O apartamento foi planejado para receber mais de um inquilino, tudo muito organizado e limpo. Jorge também foi muito solícito com dúvidas e ajuda que precisamos.Quando eu voltar à Valencia, com certeza irei me hospedar novamente em uma de duas estadias.O quarto é muito espaçoso e com estilo clean, muito aconchegante.

I stayed 1 month in a private room at Jorge ´s place. The room itself was as expected, with a comfy bed, AC, a wide wardrobe, a table and cosy chair, a shared kitchen (with washing machine) and a private bathroom attached to my room.What you need to know, however, and this was not clear to me while booking it based on the description, is that you will be sharing this flat with *up to 5 other guests*, each one having its own room. With the pros and cons it entails! :) (FYI: Jorge and his partner do not live on site).That being said, I was lucky enough to stay with well-behaved guests, although we all differ on standards of cleanliness and level of respect for the others - especially noise making. The district around the flat is one of the best in town, with plenty of cafes and markets, making it really enjoyable! Communication with the host was excellent right from the start.Altogether, this place was good value and I thank the owner to make it affordable for the guests.

El estudio es hermoso y cumple todo lo que dice! Nos sorprendió un poco que estaba dentro de un departamento pero el resto es increíble! Tienes 3 paradas de bus a pocos pasos, se siente privado pero cerca de todo. El host es muy amable y responde muy rápido! Realmente lo recomendamos! Nos quedamos un mes y medio con mi novia y los dos pudimos tele trabajar sin ningún problema! El aire acondicionado en tiempos de verano es realmente una salvación! Recomendado para estancias largas!!!

Excellent experience I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Valencia. The location is excellent—close to the beach, Turia Park, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy daily life without needing a car. The studio/apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. I especially appreciated having a private and well-organized space that quickly felt like home. One of the highlights was the communication with Jorge. He was always friendly, responsive, and available whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood offers a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Whether you're staying for a few weeks or a few months, it's an ideal base for enjoying Valencia. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was unproblematic. Everything was ok, the room is noisy because the window faces a busy street, so I definitely needed earplugs. One roommate was not cleaning after himself and leaving the bathroom very dirty. But it's pure coincidence who you will end up living with. Overall it was a good stay.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Das Studio hatte alles was wir brauchten außer vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine, lieber Jorge😅.Jorge war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns einen früheren Check in ermöglicht. Immer freundlich und Kommunikativ. 10 Minuten zum Strand, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Busverbindungen. Wir lieben Cabanyal. Eine Mischung aus allen. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Jorge was a great host and always very responsive. The apartment was easy to get to via the metro line. Everything was clean when I arrived. My favorite part was the little balcony attached to my room. The neighborhood is quiet at night, or at least the noise didn't make it to the 4th floor.

Bodde här i 3 månader och är mycket nöjd! Inte bara boende som var otroligt med nära till stranden, matbutiker och smidigt att ta sig in till centrum med metron som bara låg gångavstånd ifrån, så var Jorge en otrolig värd som svarade snabbt och hjälpte med de funderingar och frågor jag hade!

Voor bijna 6 weken verbleef ik alleen in de accommodatie van Jorge. Dit om Valencia en de omgeving goed te leren kennen. Dat is gelukt. Ik voelde me snel thuis in de studio. Het ziet er verzorgd uit, en hoewel het niet groot is, heeft het mij alles geboden wat ik nodig had. In de avond heb ik op het balkon vaak kunnen genieten van mooie zonsondergangen. De communicatie met de vriendelijke eigenaar van de studio verliep soepel en snel. Het verblijf bevindt zich in een appartement waar andere mensen een co-living delen, maar je hebt voor de studio je eigen ingang en privacy. Het ligt in een rustige wijk en een rustig complex, wat maakte dat ik goed kon slapen. Net als het prettige bed. Leuk is dat om de hoek, aan de Avinguda de França, allerlei restaurants en koffietentjes zitten. Supermarkt zeer dichtbij, net als een winkelcentrum. En belangrijker nog, je loopt binnen een paar minuten het prachtige Turiapark in. Kortom; ik heb een hele fijne tijd gehad! Bedankt daarvoor!

Ich habe 2 Monate lang in der Unterkunft gewohnt und mich von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich kann es gar nicht in Worte fassen wie sehr es mir dort gefallen hat. Die Lage, das Drumherum. Einfach alles. Jorge war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat mir immer sehr gut geholfen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, denn ich vermisse es jetzt scho sehr dort zu sein🙏🫶❤️
