The whole experience from arrival at hotel, the standard of accommodation to transportation and medical procedure and professionalism of staff were all excellent

They saw a massive ovarian cyst during a tummy tuck and didn't bother telling me about it. If it's cancerous, the court case will close the whole hospital down. I'll let you know soon!

Highly recommend. I had Rhinoplasty with Dr Akin Sahin. The results are very good. Everyone I met was so lovely and friendly. I was really happy with the service.

GAVE ME MRSA COULD HAVE KILLED ME !!! This is just a quick review I have ALOT more to say and will do when the time is right but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They gave me MRSA I am now looking at further surgery and losing my implants and am now unable to work 6 weeks post surgery and am looking at another 3 weeks off they also changed the prices when I got there and tried to get another 3k out of me ! DONT DO IT PEOPLE !!

Ok so went to Medaway clinic for face and neck lift on 13th June the three nights in the hospital were pretty scary had to ask three times for treatment for pain in my eye and had massive bruising to hand where staff were trying to put cannula in.male nurse actually shouted at me and accused me of pulling it out ?? Yes because I would do that to have the other hand bruised taken to apartments that basically look over motor ways and limited shops that are closed for hours especially chemist.asked prior to travel what currency to take and told Euros but only shop that sold food and drink did not take Euros so could of died of dehydration or starvation for three days I was in apartment as no good service luckily the nurse that visits for ten minutes a day changed my euros for me.went for very short post operative visit to say get some anti biotic cream and apply to scars but could not find chemist open so had to wait until I got back to Uk.At Airport nearby could not leave as asking for fit to fly certificate from surgeon but was never given one so cost £100 dollars to get one.have been gone nearly a week and no follow up from Medaway no call no emails yet sending plenty when they wanted my money have a small heamotoma on my lower cheek that I want urgent advice and no one has come back to me have tried to contact the London clinic but number un available no one responding so will have to try and see a private surgeon in uk as not sure NHS would be too happy.I travelled to Turkey on my own thinking that I would be well cared for but on arrival was told to go and stand in the corner and waited over an hour.Since coming home it’s now been a month and even though I found some of the male nursing staff lacking in empathy I do have to say Dr Feryal has done an incredible job and is clearly a brilliant surgeon but no one has contacted me since my return to check up how things are going but if you can cope with that then go ahead.

Came here for rhinoplasty couldn't fault these guys at all, all the staff were super good at their job and really happy with my nose. Great job 👏 👍

Fabulous communication the entire way through. Transportation was a breeze. Extremely supportive, and knowledgeable doctors and surgeons. The team were fabulous in every area through the entire process! So grateful for having used Medaway.

Almost perfect!! honestly the service with Medway was 99% outstanding ! The nurses were faultless! No matter which shift they were on ALL my nurses were so welcoming and sweet! They made me feel so comfortable! The actual surgery I don't remember it at all and overall the pain level was like a 2. The most painful thing about this experience was the lymphatic massages. The only reason it's not a faultless 5/5 is due to some skin around my nipple being removed( gauze during/after surgery?) which is healing quite slowly but overall a stellar and thorough experience! Edit: I wrote the review post surgery in hospital & there were some minor things that they could've taken more care on but overall okay! The aftercare I found to be slightly lacking but again the nurses in the hospital were faultless!

I had treatment that not many people… I had treatment that not many people would undergo. I have been experienced in the field of cosmetic and dentistry for the last 7 years, seeing patients returning with all the work done and the prices involved. I opted to go for quite a lot of surgery, which everyone said was brave, as I was on my own. I had nose surgery, upper and lower eyelid surgery, a facelift, and a neck lift. All I can say is that I would do it all again. For what I paid and what I expected, my expectations were well surpassed, 10/10. The staff were brilliant, and I can't thank you enough for all the support, care, and professionalism you showed me. Thank you, Medaway.

Came to Turkey with Medaway to have a rhinoplasty and the care and attention to detail was good I have had a good experience with this company and would recommend

I could give them less than one stars...fraud clinic ,I paid them a deposit, and pushing me all the time ,pay to get the offer ,what isn't even an offer ,they listed all the year around..anyway when I changed my mind ,they won't refund my deposit of 210£ . Stay away from them .

Well... Anesthesiologist was a rude lady who doesn't so much as loom at you. You're scum to her. I told her I couldn't take opioids during General anesthesia and she completely ignored me, I told the co ordinator in the room, he irritated and she ignored him too. She pumped me full of them and I was sick as a dog for days after, took a massive hit to my mental state too, took a few days to shake her meds off. She was AWFUL. RUINED the whole experience for me. From what I hear she's done the same to others. Charming. Got there and they doubled the price of my lower facelift, because I'd not told them about a surgery I'd had 8 YEARS PREVIOUS. They decided to consider this a revision so it would be DOUBLE the price. Even though the previous surgery wasn't needed to be revised but just needs to be re done every 8-12 years.... I cancelled that and went with just a rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty has been causing issues inside my nostrils, I have this massive lump protruding out of my nostril. When I messaged them they fobbed me off, saying to wear my nose plugs... this issue is a little more than nose plugs can resolve. Will more than likely need revision. I have NOT been given the chance to speak to the surgeon that completed my nose job since seeing her at consultation. Literally have no idea what she has done, no chance to ask her any questions at all, nowhere to vent my concerns. I can't tell you what parts of my nose where worked on or what was achieved. I only see a swollen nose similar or worse than the one I had going in. All swelling will resolve but it still leaves me completely unaware of what's been done. Why my nostrils were not sorted etc. Not able to ask a single question! I had fat transfer to my lips. One side gas always been smaller than the other, doesn't take any filler and is a nightmare. The surgeon saw this, the need for more fat that side, has this happened ?? Nope. The side that was already huge is not so much more Huge and the small side remains small. Thoroughly regret using this company. Not sure if it's a Turkey thing or a Medaway thing but soon as that cash is paid and you're on the plane... hands are washed of you. There were a couple of great members of staff but honestly wouldn't go back. Now sourcing a company to do my facelift as that was the main surgery I wanted and was messed around with. Lots of other companies to choose from. These other companies don't seem to have an issue with me having had a face lift years ago, they are happy to quote me less abd stuck to those prices, also have taken into account my issues with opioids during surgery. Funny how they are NOT quoting double? 🤔

Absolutely amazing. It's been 2 weeks now after the surgery, and I must say it has been brilliant. I've been very lucky to have Doctor Baris overlooking the procedure, given the fact that I was very anxious. Everything went brilliantly. It was a bit painful, but I guess that's to be expected. It was definitely worth it. I'm so glad I chose this clinic. They have been very helpful and professional from the beginning. I've got nothing to say but good things about this experience. If I ever decide on something like this again, it would be with them. I have already regained most of my confidence, and it keeps growing, as I can see more hair coming out. I can't wait to see the full results.

THEY ARE BLATANT SCAMMERS!! DO NOT GO! I just recently finished off my dental treatment with this company and let me tell you that these are the worst and the most unprofessional company that you would ever come across. They robbed me broad daylight. They took my £2000 and left me with practically nothing. I came looking before I left istanbul. I came with straight teeth and left with bent, botched teeth. If you could see my teeth you would never believe I paid £2000 for them (only 2 teeth, dental implant and a crown). They couldn't even do a job for only 2 teeth. They are cowboy dentists, maybe even under qualified. There is a reason why they change their clinics about. Do your research properly on them and ask yourself why they have not got a landline number? They are manipulators. I have visited them twice, once to make the implants and obviously the second time was to finish off the job as the gums heal and both times I had so many complications with them. They would literally take your money and do the most unprofessional job and send you off home. After the treatment they wouldnt even bother replying or take your concerns seriously. They have no management team. If I could show you all the proof I would. This company does not deserve to exist and im letting you all know that please do not ruin your health and dont waste your time and money over med away.
