Avoid and save your money for a competent surgery team! This company does not deserve a 1* it’s deserves 0. The initial start of when you share your interest is great, they communicate and appear helpful. I laid a deposit for facial and neck surgery. I flew out and was greeted and sent to the hospital nearby for assessment: The assessment took place with a train full of women in a hallway! asking. Private questions so everyone could hear. I awaited for my surgery and the surgeon came in and barley spoke to me and one worded my questions. They proceeded to tell me I needed a £300 extra cardiac review, which I have never been concerned off, but given surgery pending I wanted to be safe and felt I should.( nothing was wrong) I went for my surgery very late ! And when I was in recovery a man was blowing a heater under my blanket in very close proximity to my private area. I went to the room upstairs and was greeted by a nurse who only came in every 2 hours. My legs were in pain and thought it could be an embolism, I also could not speak and thought I had lost all use of my voice, know one was concerned I was distressed and scared, I wrote down I needed to talk to my daughter urgently, after many hours the surgeon had contacted the nurse and stated what I was feeling was normal ! No explanation and still panicking, no call bell in the room and left with cannulas drained and blood soaked pillow. It was beyond awful, I left the next day and lucky to feel alive and in a lot of pain ( which was expected) no one came to check on me and no one offered after care support, when leaving a man came to the door with flowers ? To say good bye, it felt like an apology, very odd as no other patient had this sent. However after I was home and started to heal, which took some time, I noticed that the stitches were not dissolvable, they protruded from behind my ear and my left cheek remains to have a stitch that will need to be surgically removed and had left nerve damage and a constant lump. I contacted the team and requested this to reviewed or removed, they contstantly delay in responding and no one ever contacts you , they also got all my surgical details wrong and also state that they will talk to my surgeon, never even asked for a DOB! How were you going to find my records ! I doubt they even have them. I am due for new surgery 2026 to rectify this issue on my face, but i would highly recommend a professional surgical team. I’ve followed clinic hub! They are better rated and a cleaner more efficient hospital. Better to pay a higher price than a suffer ! Avoid this if you want a good result and to stay alive.
