Highly recommend Mailbox Solutions. Danell was easy to work with and responded quickly. Within a week of calling Mailbox Solutions, Dennis the installer had the new metal stand bolted in place and our old locking mailboxes securely attached. He also dug out the rotten posts from the old stand and filled the holes with concrete per our HOA. Looks fantastic!

I had a recent situation where a terrible driver crashed into our neighborhood community mailbox. Dealing with the USPS and the drivers insurance company was terrible and the only positive during the whole situation was that the Burlingames were knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and kind. Their communication was great and the turnaround time from quote to install was quick. I would highly recommend Mailbox Solutions LLC to anyone in the market for mailbox replacements and / or upgrades.

Neighborhood mailbox was vandalized last fall. After waiting 3 months for the post office to give us information, decided we needed to do our own replacement. We bought our Mailbox solutions locking mailbox over 10 years ago, mounting it myself on an existing 2.5” round post. Eventually, the mounting bracket gave way. I knew MBX had 4” square posts, so I emailed my order in. In reply, Danelle offered to install it for me. The new post was installed in January only days after my order. The soil is very hard clay here. No problem for The installer using a power auger. These people are pros and a pleasure to work with. Our mailbox is Very sturdy, secure construction. It is built to last,

Very swift and professional service! We got our mailbox quote and install all in the same week - the week of Christmas! I really was shocked with how fast they were able to handle install for us. Very knowledgeable about the steps that needed to happen with the post office and took care of that for us. Also had the most reasonable install pricing locally, and priced out different mailbox options to help us find the best route for our neighborhood budget. We ultimately went with a larger box and extra parcel box because it was more cost effective for our group. Thanks again! We’re so thrilled with our mailbox!

Our HOA had to have a cluster box and parcel box replaced that were destroyed by a vehicle. Mailbox Solutions were super easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the process and dealing with the local Post Office. I would highly recommend them and our HOA will be using them again if/when we have to replace any more boxes in the neighborhood.
