I own a rental property in North Hampton, and I live in Los Angeles. On Friday morning my realtor informed me the current tenant hadn’t cleaned the apartment during their move out inspection, claiming they didn’t know. I had new tenants moving in on Monday. Oh shit!
Frantic and in desperation, I did a quick Google search for a cleaner, and by the grace of God found Max and Max Cleaners. I rang him up. He answered immediately and agreed to clean the house the very next day on a Saturday. Not knowing the house he ran over that day, Friday afternoon, to inspect the property, recommend cleaning, and provide a quote. I gave him my credit card number in a heartbeat.
His team cleaned the house on Saturday as agreed. Sunday, my realtor did the move inspection with the new tenants. He said the house was unbelievable and beyond immaculate. The new tenants who knew the situation were beyond pleased.
In short, to say Max and his team was my savior is a gross understatement. I’ll never use anyone else for cleaning needs, and you’d be a fool not to use them too!

Excellent cleaning service !! Best ever . Too bad rating only goes to 5 star . Girls are efficient and pay attention to every detail. My house is super spotless ! Honest too. . Found a grandmothers diamond in the back of the closet and they brought it right out to me . These girls are precious . Super positive attitude and go above and beyond ! 4 girls 2 and 1/2 hours . In total10 hours work .

Max Cleaning company is outstanding ! Max (the owner) is 100 percent responsive re set up of initial cleaning service and walking one through the process for setting up cleaning in future. And very helpful with any issues or concerns. Additionally, when we have had to alter the schedule due to company coming or other - they make it easy! The people who have come to clean our house are honestly the best cleaners we have ever had. They are polite and kind and seem to enjoy their work.

I can't recommend Max Cleaning enough. My mother referred me to them, stating that they were "excellent," and my mother has NEVER referred to a cleaning service or job as excellent in my entire life. I didn't need another reason to call Max, and sure enough she was right.
Max cares deeply about details and quality, so I never worried about cleanliness being an issue for my short-term rental property. We received only 5 star reviews on Vrbo this summer, and everyone included a mention of cleanliness.

Max and his crew have been doing an amazing job at my rental property. I love this cleaning service. They came promptly to look my rental unit over to provide an estimate that was very affordable. Scheduled cleaning within the week. Were also very flexible to change the time at the last minute.
Once there were very professional, polite and thorough in their work. They did a great job. The place shone and smelled clean. New tenants shouldn't have to lift a finger to re clean. Unit is move in ready.
