Biggest piece of feedback is customer service. The level of responsiveness as well as the professionalism of the cleaning crew and customer service really impressed me. I was very shocked about how much actually goes on behind the scenes for proper carpet cleaning, but these guys explained it all very clearly and overall I am pleased with the results.

Loved this company! I had a tight window of time to get my carpets cleaned in between changing out some furniture and I reached out to Mak and got a time scheduled that next day. They showed up right on time, friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. I will absolutely be using them again for any future cleanings.
