I highly recommend Massaro Services! They completely redid my driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Mike Massaro and his entire crew were outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was especially impressed by how well-equipped and organized they were. They arrived with all the equipment needed for the job, including trucks to haul away the old driveway, a separate truck for the gravel, a roller, and more. They even used a laser to make sure the measurements and grading were accurate. They arrived right on time, got straight to work, and had my entire driveway completed and the job site cleaned up by early afternoon. The whole process was efficient, professional, and very well done. Mike and his team were a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Massaro Services to anyone looking to have their driveway done. Excellent work and a great crew!

Great experience. They responded to my initial request, showed up when they said they would and communicated well . They had to dig up my old driveway and repave. It’s a very large driveway and they did it quickly and It looks great. Very happy with their work 🙂 Nice crew and I would definitely recommend them for your driveway needs.🙂

If I could give 10 stars I would.! Returned my call the same day for an estimate and two days later showed up to measure and explain. Mike and his wonderful team were very professional and respectful, even replacing my flowers that needed to be moved.!!! Slopes and drains for rain runoff are perfect.! My driveway is beautiful. Thank you Mike and team.

Mike returned my initial phone call within 24 hours and scheduled a time to look at the driveway within a few days. He arrived on time and spent time going over available options then gave me a written estimate. When we scheduled a time for him and his crew to do the work, they arrived 20 minutes early and got to work right away. My old driveway disappeared and I had a new driveway in 1/2 a day! The crew cleaned up and cleared out! I am so happy with the new driveway and am sure to be even happier next Spring when, after 33 years of raking stones out of the yard from snow plowing, I will no longer need to!

I met Mike and his crew while walking my dog. They were working at my neighbors and I mentioned that I needed my driveway replaced. By that evening I received and accepted the proposal. A few short weeks later my wonderful new driveway was created by a team of experts. Everyone was very polite and super hard working. I highly recommend Mike and his very efficient team. Kudos to Mike and everyone who worked so hard that day. Thank you!

We are very impressed with the end result of our driveway project. Mike was great to work with. He listened to my concerns, offered sound advice and gave me some cost saving options. He and his capable crew take obvious pride in their work. I couldn't help but watch the process from time to time. Their competence and attention to detail were on full display. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend Massaro based on my experience. After their work was completed, I discovered a crack next to my garage entry door measuring approximately 4 inches long and over 1 inch wide. When I contacted the owner, Mike, and asked him to come inspect the damage, he responded, "I don't know what to tell you. We didn't do it." He said the crack was there. He also said there caulk around the area and along the foundation. I explained to him that I recently had the door replaced, and there was no damage before their crew was on my property. He made no effort to investigate or address my concerns. I also informed him that I have a Ring camera and could review the footage, but he was unwilling to discuss the matter further. I am disappointed by both the damage and the lack of customer service. My concern was dismissed without any attempt to inspect the issue or work toward a resolution.

Last week I had Massaro Services completely resurface my driveway. Not knowing too much about the driveway business, Mike walked me through the entire process very patiently and professionally. We established a date for the project and I made arrangements to be prepared for his arrival at 7am. At 6:50 am MIke and his crew arrived at my house ready to work. While on site Mike and his associates were respectful, very professionally attired and eager to complete my driveway in an efficient, professional manner. Mike gave me a very accurate time needed to complete the job and sure enough, he was almost spot on. I had had a FANTASTIC experience with Massaro services. I felt I was charged a fair price for a terrific product. I am extremely pleased with my driveway and I am sure you would be very pleased as well with Massoro's work. Mike, please pass along my gratitude to your wonderful crew!!!! Danny E. Deerfield, New York

I contacted Massaro services and got an immediate response the next day. i made an appointment for an estimate and they were very prompt and on time. The estimate I was given was very reasonable, and I booked them right then. I was given an approximate date to do the job. great text communication every step of the way! We had a 20 Ft X 15 Ft section of our large driveway needing to be replaced and then the rest of the driveway sealed. The Massaro crew was prompt, professional, respectful, and timely. All the work was completed, and it was done right and looked great. Very professional! They even left cones so that no one could drive in and mess up the work. Nice touch! The estimate matched the payment due, and I feel that their pricing was very reasonable. Great job Massaro, no problems, no hassles, they did what they said they were going to do! My wife and I are very happy with the work done, and we will definitely recommend them to our friends.
