The staff and owners are completely rude, inconsiderate, and insensitive. My brother passed away in May. He was sent mail for marketing. My mother called to discuss marking strategy. She was sent to one of the owners, who was a woman. The woman suggested that my mother should get losing her son, because she got over losing her husband… 10 years ago. Disgusting behavior.

I just recently moved to the Northland and received a welcome letter from Marx Family Dental. My husband is family friends with the Marx family, so I figured I’d check it out. I definitely have some anxiety around the dentist due to some mixed experiences in the past with other dental offices. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and it put me at ease. I also appreciated that the office itself wasn’t so bright white & sterile-feeling like my last few dental offices have been. It was much more comfortable and welcoming. My hygienist Natasha was amazing. She somehow even made the bite-wing x-rays seem like nothing, when they’ve always activated my gag reflex up until now. All around a great first experience with them!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cox and Tyler! I have always been afraid of the dentist due to past experiences with pain, and this visit was PAIN FREE (mind you my appointment was for a crown!) Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist!

I found this dentist from a Groupon but it’s good marketing for them because they’ve earned my business as a recurring customer! The office was on time and everyone was very personable and professional. I had Rima (dental assistant), Jacqueline (hygienist) and Dr. Cox. They all did a fantastic job explaining everything and going into a high level of detail on what they were seeing/recommending and why. I only wish I’d found this team/office years earlier. Highly recommend!

Dr Cox was very busy today, so our visit took a little longer. He was very good to tell me how long everything would take and when I took the time to check him, he was under the time he had stated. I was very impressed. Everyone in this office, from the receptionist to Dr Marx is very compassionate and informative.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for years. I can not praise them enough. Fantastic staff. Best dental hygienist I have ever had. No pain when she examines my gums at all. 2025 update still the best dental hygienist I have ever had and an amazing staff can't praise them enough. 2026 update still amazing staff and best dental experience I have had.

Ill preface this with: I usually abhor going to dentist. Until i found Marx family dentistry in gladstone mo. From the waiting room staff, the financial people, the admin folks to the dental assistants, hygienists, and dental professionals and everyone in between - the entirety of that office is run by super professional and CARING team members. The entire crew at this office has it wired tight. I actually look forward to going to my appointments for a change. As long as Marx Family Dentistry is in practice, i will be a patient. You could do worse - But you won’t do better.
