My son is 3 years old and he had issues like bitting, pinching, self harm by hitting his head on ground if he is angry, spitting, self talking, he use to speak with one word not with proper sentences, social anxiety was there. I came to Dr Anita as his bitting and spitting become very severe, ma’am advised me to take a consultation from Dr Sana who is a psychologist in the clinic she took screen test of my son so that she understood the exact problem. After the test my son was diagnosed with mild autism sensory and behavioural issues. Ma’am suggested occupational and speech therapy for him. We immediately started with the sessions and now it’s been more than 1 month of his session and I have seen a very big change in my son. His spitting, pinching and self harm has gone and bitting issue has also reduced. Saharsh sir the occupational therapist is an expert he’s a wonderful therapist he understood my sons issue within 2 sessions with him and advised me the different methods to tackle all these issues at home with side by side he took sessions with him in the clinic six days a week. I religiously followed his advice and he kept on guiding me on daily basis. The activities done during the Theraphy by sir was enjoyed by my son. He loves to come for the sessions and says I want to go to sir everyday in the morning. He’s very excited for his sessions. Munna sir the speech therapist has also done a remarkable job as he has helped my son with his therapies. In the beginning he just spoke with one or two word but now he has started speaking in sentences. He responds well and has improved quite a lot when expressing his needs. Sir teaches him with lots of picture cards with daily therapies. Though it’s a long journey for my son’s recovery and he will take time to overcome all these issues but I’m very positive. With their continuous support and guidance my son has overcome so many things. Thanks to the entire team of mind grace.

My conversation with dr.anita regarding my anxiety was good and she understood my problem but she wasn't able to treat it with her medications. I did not feel any change in my health even after 2 weeks of consuming her medicines. But as soon as i changed my psychiatrist to Girish C.Pandey, i got really better. He understood me really well and i started feeling better in 3 days only with his medications.

hello Chhavi, I am really glad to see that the treatment that you are now taking from Dr. Girish is working. I hope you stick to the treatment plan as prescribed, and do not abruptly stop or overuse meds. And also, remember, as i prescribed, therapy is the only long term solution, and not medications. Unprofessional staff first they book appointment and said come before 4 p.m then on reaching he said doctor is not there.
Also they way of communicating things is really unprofessional.
It's about staff and not about doctor.

She is a very good and experienced doctor which consults with the patient so politely and not even give too much of medicines.Her less medicines also effects the patient and makes him/her calm
