Unresponsive and untrustworthy service Do not buy from them Placed an order on August 20, 2026, and payment was immediately taken, but I received no updates or communication. Emails went unanswered, and calling their international phone number from Australia was useless as they never picked up. This has been a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. It now been 6 weeks and no sign of my order. I spent nearly $1000 AUD and feel like I have been robbed. Businesses like this should be banned from international markets.

Purchase these fitted mats for my Ioniq 5 July 2023. Therefore thought it time to do a 3 year long term review. Note I do use clear rubber mats to protect the main foot contact areas. As a result these mats have weathered extremely well, even the footrest that has no protection. I can honestly say they have stood the test of time far better than I thought they would. And its not like i clean them regularly only about every 6 months or so. That said I did clean them for these photos using Saddle Soap and then adding a Renapure coating. See photos,still looking good 3 years on

Edit: I was finally able to resolve my issue with the front floor mat, although still do not know what happened. I think my confusion arises from thinking the mats are crafted in Canada (believe their website may state this) when in fact they are made in China so the owner indicated he had some difficulty/delay in finding out what occurred. I was issued a refund for the front mats but it took some time from when the issue arose. In terms of the mats - while they are tightly packed they DO smooth out. My back seat mat looks great and fits perfectly. I researched the heck out of Manicci before buying some front and back customized mats for my Lexus. But it appears that since my initial order back in March their customer service has tanked. The order process went very smoothly, I received some automated emails along with a gentleman up in Canada reaching out to verify the model of my vehicle. I actually received my mats within 4-5 weeks of order, thinking they were coming from Canada. They in fact are made/shipped from China - so if you have issues with the whole 'made in China' their mats are not for you. This is an important call out, as when I was researching them - most of what I saw indicated the mats were made in Canada which is not the case (read other reviews). The mats arrived very tightly packed in a pretty small box, given they came from China and the shipping took awhile they did have some pretty significant creasing. Install was pretty easy, my issue arose when installing the driver side which was wayyyyyy too big. Too big to the point that it could be a driving hazard. Additionally, while their website eludes to them being Italian leather (it is all in the wording) , they are in fact 'pleather' or PVC. This did not bother me, but their site is somewhat misleading. I quickly took some pics, wrote a note about the fit of the driver side and seeking some feedback on next steps and sent over to the gentleman who had reached out about verifying my model. He responded with "Thx" which was confusing. I replied back asking what that means and he quickly got back to me saying he would contact "the design team" (China?) and get back to me within a week. That was well over a week ago and it has been radio silence. I sent a couple of follow ups, along with sending my issue to the support/info general email and have heard nothing. These mats are not cheap. For me, I am in a position of not knowing what to do given my mats look weird with no driver side mat. If I do not hear back by end of this week, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company given the one mat issue and an assumed lack of caring by the company. Very unfortunate as they appeared to have a solid reputation with very few issues.

*EDIT* Added pictures of what they look like in the wife's Tacoma. I will edit again with pics of the ones in my F250 once it's done being modified. I was doing research about luxury car floor mats. Did a lot of research, YouTube videos, reviews ect.. And Manicci was what I landed on. I ordered a set for my 2019 SR5 Tacoma, and then another set for my 2026 F250 Platinum Plus being built from Ford. Taking the faith of the quality and craftsmanship I did so much research on. It was ABSOLUTELY the right decision!! The diamond stitching is beautiful, tight to the mat. The leather is feels very nice, good cushion. Can't wait to install these in the truck, will post updated review after some ownership along with pics of them installed in both trucks. * Shipping does come from overseas. So it has to pass through customs. It took just about a month from order till they arrived. My F250 was priority shipping, and was ordered a week after the Tacoma. They were delivered same day to the dealership where my truck will be modified with the rest of my parts list.

BEWARE! THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ARRIVE. I've been waiting a month and the mats are still in China with no sense of when they will arrive in the US. Two reps lied to me about their status when I pointed out the tracking status showed that only a shipping label was created weeks ago. Their website says "Free Shipping (EMS/UPS/Fedex) 5-7 days production + 14-21 days shipping." Well I am on Day 27 and my mats are still in China, probably waiting to loaded onto the slowest boat available. UPDATE MARCH 27, 2026 - I have now been waiting 47 days since my mistake of ordering these mats. The order was made on February 8 and the tracking info showed they were still in China on March 12! I have been given various excuses by the company and a measly $15 credit. The owner (who I assumed replied below) sent me an email this afternoon offering me free express shipping and a discount on FUTURE orders. ROFL! !! Like I would ever order anything else from them!

Poor service and refund refusal make this company seem extremely unreliable. I ordered custom mats in December 2025, but as of March 2026, I haven’t received them. After vague excuses about delays in February, I’ve been ignored despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, text, and chat. They took my money upfront but won’t address my refund request. The lack of communication and action is unacceptable. I can't recommend them. BUYER BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I placed an order for custom mats on December 12, 2025, but by March 26, 2026, I still have not received my order. Early February, I was able to chat with someone and was told that it might take another month due to my car being new. Since then I cannot get this company to respond with an update. I’ve relentlessly tried emailing, texting, and using their online chat, but no one will respond. They charged my card immediately for the order, yet refuse to address my refund request. Manicci has left me no choice but to say they are untrustworthy, and I suspect this company may be fraudulent.

Double floor mats from Manicci. I bought double floor mats from Manicci, for the driver and passenger. This is the second time I have bought from this company. Both the leather and the textile mats are of good quality, look good and fit perfectly. The only problem is that they can only be used together with the help of velcro strips, due to the disastrous fastening system of the removable mat, with those four poor quality plastic clips, which broke as soon as I tried to remove it. I think they are made in China and not in Canada, as stated on the website. Therefore, I would recommend buying these mats, but with a different fastening system.

Awesome floor mats. We have had them for about 10 months now in a suburban and they are working great. Just bought another set for another vehicle. Edit: We have had these for approx 18 months and the front is destroyed. Great mats but just know they last about 18 months.

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a full set of mats for my SUV including a FULL trunk liner. I uploaded picture of cargo area of my SUV, which was a vehicle their site claims they can make mats for. Company unilaterally decided to send me only a flat mat and not a full liner (that goes up the sides and seat backs) for my cargo area and I am extremely disappointed. I have no need for this flat mat as I already had two of them. They gave no explanation and do not respond to any inquiries I have made. This is a very poor business model when a company decides to substitute an ordered item with something else and makes no effort to contact the customer first. Considering how expensive their products are and the complete lack of customer service, I cannot recommend buying from them.

I ordered a full set of Diamond V3.0 mats; front, back and full trunk. It took a few weeks, but I was expecting it to. Installation took some muscling but I was successful. The quality and workmanship are top notch; well worth the cost. Communication with the company has been pleasant and prompt. The dark brown came very close to matching the dark brown in my 25 Genesis GV80. I'm expecting the remaining trunk pieces to arrive soon. Bravo! Manicci.
