Unresponsive and untrustworthy service Do not buy from them
Placed an order on August 20, 2026, and payment was immediately taken, but I received no updates or communication. Emails went unanswered, and calling their international phone number from Australia was useless as they never picked up. This has been a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
It now been 6 weeks and no sign of my order.
I spent nearly $1000 AUD and feel like I have been robbed.
Businesses like this should be banned from international markets.
