NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a full set of mats for my SUV including a FULL trunk liner. I uploaded picture of cargo area of my SUV, which was a vehicle their site claims they can make mats for. Company unilaterally decided to send me only a flat mat and not a full liner (that goes up the sides and seat backs) for my cargo area and I am extremely disappointed. I have no need for this flat mat as I already had two of them. They gave no explanation and do not respond to any inquiries I have made. This is a very poor business model when a company decides to substitute an ordered item with something else and makes no effort to contact the customer first. Considering how expensive their products are and the complete lack of customer service, I cannot recommend buying from them.
