Location perfect. Room is very clean n tidy, quiet with big Windows. And Once you open 2 luggages on the floor. No more room to walk. All neighborhood is very convenient. Laundry place and mini Market just down the street walk less than 5mins.

I felt welcomed, happy, safe, beautiful (thank you Flo 😉) ,with every comfort needed.
Rooms are small but is normal because who goes in Paris to stay in the room?
Rooms are clean, comfortable and all necessary filled with details of Elle fashion magazine.
Lobby, breakfast area, lounge, each area is perfect!
I was in a trip with my friend and her dog and as girls travelling alone for the first time to Paris, it was the perfect choice we made!

Un service d'exception très bien accueillie pour mon anniversaire. Les chambres étaient propres la literie exceptionnelle. Juste un peu bruyant une partie de la nuit mais tout le reste très agréable et le service petit déjeuner très bon également.
Très déçu de cet hôtel : j’ai réservé une chambre via le site internet de l’hôtel qui a été annulée en automatique à 2 reprises (la dernière fois 3 jours avant mon départ). J’ai appelé l’hôtel et La réceptionniste m’explique que mon empreinte de carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas et qu’il faut que je fasse un virement avec leur RIB (ce que je refuse) alors que j’ai sélectionné l’option flexible avec possibilité de payer à l’hôtel. Elle rajoute : « madame il va falloir y mettre du vôtre » puis « vous avez l’air déterminée pour avoir votre chambre alors on va vous faire confiance ». Je n’apprécie pas du tout être prise de haut.
Des notre arrivée en chambre, une employé de l’hôtel a ouvert notre porte avec une carte passe-partout sans nous prévenir, merci l’intimité !
De plus chambre pas du tout insonorisée (on entend tous les bruits de couloir, les voitures et les voisins de chambre). Seul point positif la literie et la décoration. Au vu du nombre d’hôtels possible à Paris, je ne reviendrai pas.
This hotel is only a three-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, so the location is extremely convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles. They also provided lovely snacks to enjoy while waiting to check in. The Wi-Fi was very stable, and the comfortable seating area offered a nice selection of magazines.
The hotel’s spa was wonderful, luxurious, and relaxing. It can be reserved in advance for 30 minutes of private use. The breakfast was also delicate and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, energetic, and made me feel very welcome.
I would especially like to praise a wonderful staff member named Elie. From check-in to check-out, he was always warm, attentive, and thoughtful. He helped carry my luggage to my room and kindly brought me extra bottles of water. When I checked out, he told me that I could ask him anytime if I wanted some bread or coffee before leaving.
He also showed genuine interest in my trip to France and asked whether I needed any recommendations for places to visit. His warmth and attention to every detail made my experience truly special.
Elie is an exceptional member of staff. If you stay at this hotel and meet him, please give him a big round of applause! This hotel truly made me feel at home, and I highly recommend it!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen von Paris. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war ein Traum... man schläft wie auf Wolken. Und das ganze Hotel atmet förmlich den Flair der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist nicht groß, aber ausreichend und liebevoll gemacht. Alles frisch und sehr lecker.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Paris. If there were an option to give less than one star, I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
The price is extremely high and does not reflect the quality of the hotel, the service, the location, or the room. The photos advertised are also very misleading, as the reality is completely different from what is shown online.
The staff were extremely unfriendly and completely uncooperative. They were overly strict about the smallest details, especially with Arab guests in general and Gulf visitors in particular. The most shocking part was that they refused to allow our 3-year-old child to stay with us unless we booked a second room. Requiring an extra room for a 3-year-old is simply unreasonable.
The room itself was extremely small and barely suitable even for one person.
The manager, whose name I believe is Maria, was very unprofessional in the way she dealt with guests. She showed no interest in helping or resolving the situation and lacked the basic customer service skills expected from someone in a management position.
Overall, this is one of the worst hotels you could choose to stay at in Paris. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. If it were possible to give a negative rating, that is exactly what I would give.
للاسف اسوء تجربة فندق ممكن انك تجربها في باريس من كل النواحي ولو في خيار اقل من نجمة كان كان ما ترددت اني اختاره .. الموظفين سيئين للغايه غير متعاونين ابداً ناشبين لك على ادق التفاصيل بذات مع النزلاء العرب عامة والخليجيين خاصه طفله عمرها ٣ سنوات منع دخولها ويبون احجز غرفه ثانيه عشان طفله عمرها ٣ سنوات شي جنوني غير الغرفه صغيره جداً ما تكفي حتى لشخص واحد .. المديره اسمها ماريا اعتقد سيئة التعامل ما تستاهل انها تكون عاملة تنظيف مو مديرة لا تعرف تتعامل مع النزلاء ولا مع الزوار ولا تعرف روح التعاون ابداً .. بختصار فندق من اسوء الفنادق الي ممكن تسكن فيها في باريس وياليت في تقييم بسالب كان قيمتهم بسالب .

Bref, après plusieurs séjours (l’emplacement est pratique), mon avis est mûrement… définitif!
We had a mother daughter trip and wanted a convenient place to sleep near the major sites in the city… what we got was excellence. The room we booked had a terrace and it was a quiet place to sit and relax after a day of site seeing. Ambience of the room was great with modern amenities. Plus the service provided by all the hotel staff was great, very attentive and always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Thank you so much.
Ottima posizione, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e con buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camere nin molto grandi ma ben arredate e pulite. Personale gentilissimo.
受付の女性はとても感じよくチェックインをしてくれました。滞在中3人の受付の女性を見かけましたが、全員がとても素敵な笑顔でウェルカミングしてくださり、嬉しかったです。
おそらく今回、1番小さな部屋を予約したと思います。それでもスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さですし、バスルームも清潔感があります。
パリのこの価格帯のホテルではよく（そよ風のような古いドライヤー）（シャワールームの扉がきちんと閉まらず床がびしょびしょになる）（シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープがまとめてひとつ）が起こります。このホテルはそんなことはなく、想像以上に快適でした。
また手書きのウェルカムメッセージにも驚きました。
このホテルにはスパがあり、予約をして無料で使うことができるそうです。時間がなく利用できませんでしたが、受付の女性はきちんと親切にサービスを説明してくれました。
ロケーションは、ホテルを出て通りに出るとすぐ凱旋門が見える最高のロケーションです。
実は今回のパリ滞在中に３つのホテルを利用しましたが、次回は必ずここに戻ってこようと思いました。
