Do Not Take Your E Bike To Get Repaired At This Bike Shop. Worst bike shop around. I took my e bike battery to simple get the lid of the battery replaced and after 3 months they told me that my battery won’t charge anymore and the battery doesn’t work and they will not fix it after I paid them over $200

Purchased the Falcon 79 and Arctic Leopard eMoto bikes. All my calls and questions were answered. Bikes were timely assembled, payment was easy. I arrived for pick up, the staff loaded and secured the bikes for travel. Knowledgeable, helpful, would recommend and purchase here again.

Decent place to get bikes. All the gear they sell is wayy cheaper on Amazon. The main reason for the low score, however, is their repair service. I got a flat tire repaired with the and they forgot to put the cap on the valve. Then I got my brakes changed with them, and mentioned that the brake detection system was not working - thinking I was braking all the time and not assisting when I pedaled. They told me they fixed it, but a few days later I noticed one of the wires on my bike was disconnected, so I plugged it in. Then I started having the same issue with the brake detector. So they "fixed" the issue by unplugging the wire that had the problem.

5 star service. Brought my ebike in for a shifting issue and expected to drop it off. They said they can fix it while I wait. They did that , adjusted the rear brake and the seat. IN and out in about 20 minutes. I recommend them 100%.

What a great experience May helped me by answering all my questions making sure I picked the bike that was the right fit for my short size and my specific needs, wants and budget. Turned out I met Vince when I picked my bike up and I am the bus driver for his dad’s tennis team! Took my new bike all the way to Hilton Head SC for her first ride and what a ride!!!!!!!! Loving this, next up off to TN for more riding fun and some work.
