Had the best experience having maintenance done to our e-bikes at the Marietta facility. Vince was helpful and knowledgeable in getting new tires for my girlfriends e-bike and May who performed the maintenance took time to explain the work she did and any issues she noticed. As we were leaving the store the manager/owner came over and asked me if we were fully satisfied with the work done. Needless to say we were! That’s exceptional customer service and politeness!! We will be back!
New Customer Maintenance Service
New tires and bike inspection were done at Let's Roll in Marietta. What a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable, service was stellar, and all in the shop at drop off and pick up, were helpful, pleasant, and concerned that all was done up to my standards. I could not be happier. I recommend Let's Roll Marietta for all your future Ebike needs. They have a great stock of Ebikes for purchase and their maintenance is great.

This was a perfect experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and really nice. The bikes were high quality and felt extremely easy and safe to ride. The trail was gorgeous, easy to navigate, plenty of places to stop. The staff also showed me a bunch of bikes afterwards and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be returning.
Used to be a great shop but customer service has gone downhill greatly. My son bought his ebike from Let’s Roll in Columbia and has had it serviced there. We recently had them put on new tires and adjust the brakes but the brakes were loose again after a couple of days. My son went in to ask they show him how to adjust the brakes so he can do it on his own and was confronted with verbal abuse and told to never come back. He called me and I got on the phone with the supposed owner of the shop to explain. I was cussed at and also told to never come there. I am still in shock hours later. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Regarding shop reply. We have been a paying customer for years now and we did not ask for brake tightening lesson before now. We thought the tightened brakes would hold from the last visit, not last a couple of days. Still totally shocked. Never expected this or wouldn’t have asked my son to go back to ask for a little customer service.

Suzanne the brakes on your bike were adjusted 2 months ago. We told you they probably needed adjusted again or new pads (the bike is used daily for work commuting) which then we were asked to teach you how to do it yourself. Unfortunately this is not a classroom for mechanics. If you are a paying customer not looking for handouts we will definitely adjust or install new pads on the bike.
Wife and I rented eBikes for our anniversary and cruized around all afternoon down to Columbia and all the way up to Bainbridge and back. It was such an awesome experience. Weather was cool and sunny, the reservation was easy, and Let's Roll had everything ready for us (bikes, helmets, bike locks, quick lessons, etc.) and as beginners, we couldn't have had a better day. Great place to rent and enjoy a day on the trail. Now we want to buy eBikes.
We had a great experience with Let’s Roll! While out on a family bike ride, we noticed that my son was missing a screw on the fender of his bike. Thankfully, their shop was right along the path, so we stopped in to see if they could help.
They were incredibly friendly and took care of the issue for us right away. It may have been a small fix, but their willingness to help really stood out and allowed us to get right back to enjoying our family ride.
Definitely check out Let’s Roll if you’re in the Marietta area. Great customer service and genuinely good people who are willing to help others. We really appreciated it!
