I really appreciated the fact that I was able to set up a payment plan which I wasn’t able to do at another place. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t a simple schedule an appt case but I found the front desk staff to be rude. I have had to call multiple times along with my HR dept at work and every time the staff were rude. The procedure itself was a good experience. I have no complaints other than the fact that I wasn’t given chlorhexidine for aftercare. I’m just glad that this wasn’t a place I needed to frequent.

Do not go to Legacy Surgery. You will be surprised by made up bills while giving you a mediocre service. See my complaint with the Virginia Department of Dentistry. There are other respectable oral surgeons than Legacy.
