The hygienists are extremely detailed and thorough. They really take their time and explain everything. Both of my cleanings here were amazing and Dr. Pickle is very nice and informative as well. They all loved my service animal which is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this dental office since the 1970's and yes I am old. I have been thru a couple of dentists, who have retired, but I keep coming back. I have had all kinds of dental work done over the years and I have always been satisfied. Just had a tooth pulled by Dr. Pickle. Surprising how smooth it went. Leanne has always been my hygenist. I have no complaints. Very pleasant atmosphere

Dr Soffin and his assistant were wonderful through my two hour + root canal. No pain no worries. Caring through entire procedure and afterwards. My only problem was the attitude when I went to make my next appt. Front desk womanDidn’t say anything to me except how much I owed! Major attitude because I didn’t expect that much.

This place is an absolute joke.
I have been a patient here for years and have always attended my appointments whenever possible. Unfortunately, I missed two cleaning appointments that had been scheduled six months in advance. During that time, I moved and changed jobs, and the dates simply no longer worked for me.
As a result, I was informed that I had been dismissed as a patient and could no longer schedule appointments.
What is even more frustrating is that I have been calling for months trying to speak with a manager to resolve this issue. Every single time I call, I am told that I am being transferred to voicemail and that someone will call me back. No one ever does.
Today, I called again and was told by the front desk employee that the manager, Larry, was currently with a patient. I politely agreed to wait. Two minutes later, the same employee came back on the line and told me she was transferring me to voicemail because the manager was not there. When I pointed out that she had just told me the manager was with a patient, she immediately began stuttering and could not explain the contradiction.
At this point, I am requesting that Larry contact me directly to discuss this matter. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and communication from the front desk staff is unacceptable.
I am also concerned about inconsistent treatment of patients. I personally know another patient who has missed more appointments than I have and continues to receive care without issue. The difference in how situations appear to be handled raises serious concerns that deserve an explanation.
I expect a prompt response from management regarding this matter. IMMEDIATELY

Unprofessional and rude Manager - I spoke with the manager today to request rescheduling for my son’s appointment. The manager mentioned that it wasn’t possible because I have already cancelled/ rescheduled appointments multiple times in the past. I understand that he needs to follow the policies. My problem is with the way this was communicated to me. His rude, condescending and entitled tone was completely uncalled for. I would expect a manager to know better.
I called with a simple query, the answer could have been polite and straightforward.
I also communicated my disappointment towards this uncultured behavior to the desk staff today but not sure if the feedback would even reach the concerned folks/channel.
Hope this feedback is taken into account and not repeated with others.
No complaints about the doctors. They are great and very thorough with their work.
