The most blatant act of fraud from a repair service I've ever encountered. I had a problem with water from condensation from my heat pump leaking from my furnace. The Kirkstone repairman unplugged the blockage, then told my wife that the furnace was destroyed, using it would produce harmful carbon emissions and needed to be replaced and that we should also consider replacing the heat pump. He provided an estimate of 14K. I wasn't present but I found this hard to believe so I had two separate repair services look at the furnace (of course having to pay for their time) and at the heat pump. NOTHING WRONG WITH EITHER. When they took the furnace apart to look at it, I was there and it is PRISTINE. I'm still stunned at this level of dishonesty.

June fixed my problem and refunded me. The Tech told me parts were no longer available & quoted me a new furnace & installation. I looked online and parts were available ! I got another company to fix my furnace.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Couldn’t recommend them more! Absolutely fantastic company. They’ve serviced my furnace, boiler and fireplace, and every experience has been excellent. Their gas fitters are genuinely world class, we had Jimmy to fix our hvac - incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Their Red Seal plumbers, Chad and Marlin, also came out to fix a leak in my kitchen sink and did a brilliant job. What really sets this company apart is that they genuinely seem to care about doing the job properly rather than rushing in and out. They don’t charge by the hour, so you never feel like the clock is ticking or that the work is being dragged out to increase the bill. They take their time, explain what they’re doing, and make sure everything is properly checked and taken care of. It’s so refreshing compared with some of the “cowboy” contractors you hear about these days who seem more interested in making a quick buck. These guys are the complete opposite - honest, reliable, skilled and clearly take pride in their work. James, the owner, and June, the manager, also go above and beyond to make you feel looked after. Communication is excellent, everyone is friendly and professional, and you really feel like you’re in safe hands from start to finish. A genuinely trustworthy heating, cooling and plumbing company with people who care about their customers and the quality of their work. 10/10 - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

My kitchen sink was badly backed up. They came out and cleared it once, it backed up again a month later. They came out again, discussed the problem, fixed it again no charge. Friendly, polite, arrived right on time. I would definitely use them again!

Contacted this company about a venting issue or sealing issue with a gas fireplace and I was immediately dismissed and told my issue wasn’t possible. Well, the issue with the fireplace was exactly as I had described and fixed by someone else. Wouldn’t trust this lack of knowledge.
