The initial service visit was scheduled for a faucet replacement. During that visit, our technician also noticed that the dishwasher drain hose had a small visible crack and recommended that the drain hose be replaced. Given that the dishwasher was over ten years old, our technician also explained that replacing the dishwasher itself may be a practical option, as the overall cost difference would be relatively small. Both options were reviewed as feasible next steps with you onsite.

We understand that there was a request to patch the existing drain hose; however, this is unfortunately not a repair method we are able to offer, as it would not be a proper or reliable long-term solution.

Regarding the service visits, our technician and plumbers attended on three separate occasions, and we reimbursed the full balance that had been paid for those visits. While we always strive to provide the best possible customer experience and service, we unfortunately were not able to fulfill the request to compensate for a dishwasher that was purchased independently through another company.
