My wife and I woke up one morning to a loud knocking coming from my attic and then my A/C shut off. My warranty company sent a repair man out, he was in the attic all of 20 minutes, came down and said he would submit what he found to the warranty company. A few hours later I was notified that I needed a bunch of repairs that were not covered by my warranty. I started making calls to several A/C companies. I read all the great reviews about KAC Express and called to schedule for someone to come out. Daniel showed up on time, he was very friendly, professional, and went right to work. Daniel explained exactly what the issue was and it was not what the previous repair man sent by the warranty company said. Daniel was able to repair the issue on the spot. A few minutes later my air was back on blowing cold air. Daniel also installed a new thermostat. Daniel and KAC Express saved me a lot of time and money. They are honest and affordable, and I will definitely use them for all my future heating and A/C needs and will be recommending them to my family, friends, and neighbors. UPDATE!!! This is an update to my previous review for KAC Express, and I couldn't be happier with their continued outstanding service. ​Originally, my wife and I woke up to a loud knocking coming from the attic before our A/C completely shut off. The home warranty repairman spent barely 20 minutes in the attic and quickly claimed we needed a bunch of expensive repairs that weren't covered. Feeling uneasy, I called KAC Express based on their great reviews. Daniel showed up right on time, was extremely friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed the real issue—which was completely different from what the warranty company claimed. He fixed it on the spot and installed a new thermostat, saving us a ton of time and money to get our cold air blowing again. ​While we were so thankful for Daniel's quick repairs, our original unit was over 20 years old and ultimately reached the end of its lifespan, Especially in this Tx heat! When it was finally time for a replacement, we didn't hesitate to call KAC Express back out. They installed a brand new Trane system promptly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. ​It is rare to find a company this honest, skilled, and affordable. The team at KAC Express have earned our business for life, and I will continue recommending them to all my family, friends, and neighbors!

KAC Express has done a fantastic job at installing my mom's new A/C. She is in her 80's, a/c went out in 100 degree weather. They had someone come in on the same day to evaluate it. They had been helping us try to keep it working for years, because she is on a fixed income, but it finally came to the point it couldn't be repaired. They came early the next day and took out the old one and installed the new one. Very professional and fast! Thanks again, KAC!

Replacing a leaking evaporator coil is one thing, but finding a separate thermostat issue on top of that and making sure everything actually worked before calling it done that's just how Trung operates. He wasn't going to leave until the whole system was running properly, even if it meant spending the entire Friday evening on it.

We'd rather take the extra time and get it fully right than rush out the door and leave you with another problem down the line. Really glad you're satisfied with how it all turned out.
