High quality work. Also kept on schedule and communicated well on every step. I am very happy with me new fence. They also go above and beyond and came back to check on a not fence-relayed issue that turned up not being their fault but they still tried to fix for me.

JLS Craftsmen is a top notch company. I was incredibly happy with the 5ft cedar picket fence they installed at my house. I worked with Jordan initially, and he was super helpful answering questions about their process, materials, bid, and schedule. Brandon and his crew installed the fence and were exceptional. I was really impressed with their professionalism, speed, and quality of work. Brandon had a few suggestions to improve the fence layout that ultimately led to a much better product. The fence looked great once it was complete, and they also left my yard clean after completing all the work. Not only were they helpful during the bid and install, they also were quick to respond to an issue that came up with one of the gates. One of the large gates started to sag, and JLS was quick to come take a look at it and make the necessary adjustments. Overall, it was a great experience working with them and I would recommend them to everyone!

JLS did an absolutely fantastic job, from Jordan coming out for the initial estimate and how Jake the owner worked with us directly to get it scheduled and budget out exactly what worked for our needs, and Brandon the project manager showed us every step of the process. This company is top tier and I love how accurate their estimates are and how they go over options on how the fence can be built for your specific house. We got quotes from a lot of people and let me say this is the company want building the fence. They were fast and it’s absolutely beautiful.

We were looking to have our fence replaced and searched online for a good local company. After seeing all the great reviews for JLS Craftsmen, we decided to give them a try, and I’m really glad we did. Right from the first phone call, everyone was friendly and helpful. Jordan came out to our house right on time, which is always a big plus for me. He walked us through everything, explained our options, and gave us his recommendations without ever making us feel pressured or trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. He also explained what to expect during the project, including the installation and cleanup. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The crew texted me to let me know when they would be arriving, showed up on time, and finished the job when they said they would. They did an amazing job on our new fence and cleaned everything up afterward. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work, and anytime I had a question and emailed them, they responded quickly with an answer. Overall, we had a great experience with JLS Craftsmen from beginning to end. Our new fence looks amazing, and I would definitely use them again. If you’re looking to replace your fence, I would highly recommend JLS Craftsmen!

JLS was awesome to work with. They did a great job with our fence install and at a great price. I think the biggest differentiator between them and the other guys was the personal touch. So many companies have automated follow ups and reoccurring texts/emails that go out. JLS had actual people reach out, show up on time, and complete the job when they said they were going to. The install crew was some of the most professional contractors I’ve experienced lately. Alex is the man! Highly recommend JLS if you are needing a fence installed.
