The team was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in their work. They walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The craftsmanship is excellent—the fence looks amazing and feels extremely solid and well-built. The attention to detail really shows, and it has completely transformed the look of our yard. They also kept the work area clean and finished the project on time, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality work, great communication, and a smooth overall experience, I highly recommend JLS Craftsmen. We couldn’t be happier with the final result!

The prompt response to my bid request, quick scheduling, and ultimately the installation were handled professionally and courteously. Just had our privacy fence installed by JLS Craftsman, and I cannot recommend them enough! 🙌 Jordan, Brandon, and their team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their customer service was top-notch, communication was clear, and they really took the time to make sure every detail was done right. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and making sure the customer is happy. The fence looks amazing, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. They paid close attention to the little things, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and looking great when they finished. I used JLS a few months back and wanted to wait for a review to see how things were holding up. Firstly, they were extremely professional and kind. Not to mention extremely reasonable on the price! They were only a couple hundred dollars more than the big guys but their attention to detail and the guys they use are extremely experienced. And quick! Not to mention i did not have to pick up any trash or anything behind them. I HIGHLY recommend JLS if you need a fence!

Absolutely fantastic experience with JLS Craftsmen! I had a couple 6' privacy fence sections replaced (roughly 87 total linear ft.) and a new gate installed. Not only do they do quality work, but they're great problem solvers, too. There were a few problem areas on the property that they took note of, and they presented solutions that made sense and I'm so happy with the decisions that were made. They are also extremely fast and efficient for the quality of work that they do. Arrived at 8 am and were done the same day around 3 pm. Highly, highly recommend!!

We had one side of our fence replaced by JLS Craftsman today and couldn’t be happier. They arrived right on time at 7:30am, tore down the old fence, and had everything completed by 2pm, which was great. The crew was very friendly, worked efficiently, and the finished fence looks wonderful. They also did a great job cleaning up when they were done. We are extremely happy with their work and will definitely use JLS Craftsman again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with JLS Craftsmen!! Our fence is absolutely beautiful, and they flawlessly built it in 3 days. We have a pretty massive yard, with our fence being over 350ft and it looks amazing! The entire crew has been easy to work with - from the owner of the company, to our project manager, to the on-site team who built the fence. Everyone has been friendly, respectful, and prompt with providing their highest quality of work. We definitely recommend them!!!

They answer the phone, respond quickly, show up when they say they will, and deliver high-quality work—things that unfortunately are not always a given anymore in the trades. As a fellow business owner here in Johnson County, I pay close attention to how companies operate. We hired JLS Craftsman for a fence project, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Alex and his crew did a great job replacing the fence in our back yard. The quality of the material used is very good. I could tell by comparing our fence to our neighbors who just recently got theirs put in by another company. The installers were very detailed, fast, and pleasant to work with. I was not looking for a typical fence when I contacted JLS. I had a very specific vision of the fence I was looking for. From the quoting process to my first discussion with the owner, Jake, I could tell the JLS team was excited that I was looking for something different and they were excited to take on the challenge. Brandon and Dayton were the onsite fence builders. These guys were awesome and detail focused! They were fully focused on how I wanted the fence and made it happen. With 6x6 angle cut posts and rough sawn cedar rails these guys took on the challenge and delivered something awesome! 5-star build and experience for sure. UPDATE 10/24 - The fence built by JLS Craftsmen looks even more amazing once stained! The company that did the staining, Renew Deck and Fence, told me the JLS Craftsmen fence was well built using quality materials. Jeremy O. at Renew Deck and Fence did a fantastic job with the staining / protecting. See the added photos of the stained fence.

JLS was great from start to finish. Jordan met me at my house to review my project and provided a timely proposal for the work. Jake gave me a clear timeframe of when JLS would start and finish the project. Their install team led by Alex did a great job removing our old wood fence and installing our new Ameristar Montage fence. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
