Our son has been going since June 2025. He LOVES it! We started this just to try it and improve his fitness..well that has massively improved. Loosing a whole stone in 7 months. He goes 3 times a week and looks forward to going. The coaches know their stuff and work them hard. Thanks everyone :-)
