This is a great business for watch repair, battery replacement, and watch bands. They also have a wonderful selection of collectibles. I had 2 watch batteries replaced and a band replaced. This was all completed in under 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent. Gentleman who did the work was friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend this shop.
They are always able to get my watches running at a fair price. His evaluations have been honest and I am a repeat customer because I know he will go the extra mile to make sure things are working correctly!
Have seen and met Amrahlynn's at numerous local conventions, my daughter has a Disneyland Light Saber that was not working properly, I had asked at either Game On or Fan Fusion if they would be able to fix it. They were not sure but said bring it by and we will take a look at it. I finally found time to go by their shop with the light saber. They were able to fix the problem and get it working again. Great service, made my daughter incredibly happy! Will be back soon for combat ready Amrahlynn's made sabers. Disney sabers are great, but can't take a beating!
I can’t just came to fix my grandfather’s watch and This was the best experience He was so fast and professional. The price was great. The hospitality was amazing. I definitely recommend.
Outstanding service. Has repaired two watches. They are like brand new. Very professional and prices are reasonable. Thank you!
While I haven’t had the need for watch repairs,
it is so amazing to have someone local in the valley that is able to build and repair custom dueling lightsabers. Being a part of a lightsaber combat and choreography group, having someone local has been a lifesaver. On top of that, having been a customer of Rob for a while now, he has always done his upmost to take care of any needs I have regarding any of my lightsabers I have either purchased or brought in, and has gone above and beyond in other instances as well. Plus, it’s a joy to hear some of the stories he shares. Will always recommend anyone to Amrahlynns for anything related to lightsabers and watch repairs as well.
Extremely helpful, brought in multiple watches for him to look at and he told us which ones would be worth the cost to repair and which would cost way more than they are worth.
Upon receiving my watches back after being quoted between $500 and $5000 a piece to get them cleaned lubricated and back up and running I decided to pass on the service only to take them into another watchmaker and find out at least one of the movements was now damaged and would need new parts, and was still quoted a lower price.

James, upon checking our records we have never taken in watches under your name (or anyone else with your last name) for such services or quotes.
I have genuinely not seen an estimate go out from myself (the only person at our business handling all of the repairs) to a customer for anywhere near $5,000 and I would most definitely remember such a thing.
As the owner, and person you would have dealt directly with on your visit, it seems strange to have such drastic quotes on repairs for watches that are not in our system and also took place during a time that we were closed for a special exhibitor event at the Phoenix Convention Center. Perhaps this was a different repair shop???
We would absolutely love to discuss the matter with you directly to get a better understanding of how this whole situation exists and obviously help out in any way possible. Please reach out to me at our storefront at your earliest convenience and we'll get it sorted out.
Looking forward to an actual discussion and the ability to meet you in person! Have a wonderful holiday weekend and stay safe!
!UPDATE!
Looked over our last 6 months of records and found no estimates at all for any quotes given like this and absolutely no records for you as a customer on any of the quotes given to customers. Let's definitely talk because this type of fiction is best left to galaxies far, far away my friend.

Just wanted to leave a review because this place seriously helped me out today. It’s my graduation day and I had just bought a watch to match my outfit, but I needed help adjusting the time and fitting it to my wrist. The owner was super nice, patient, and helpful. He fixed everything quickly and didn’t even charge me for it.
The store was clean, service was fast, and even though he had a line of customers, he handled everyone professionally and kindly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people out. Definitely recommend this place if you need any watch repairs or adjustments. Great service and a really good guy overall.
They are a master watch repairman.

This place is great! Had a few watches that needed cleaning, new batteries in 2. One of them came out looking like a whole new watch. Ready same day, reasonably priced. Rob I think, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. This is my new watch place, I would like, hang out here. Seemed to be doing a lot of business too, so they're clearly doing something right. Even if you dont need a watch repaired you should just pop in and check the place out, you may find something you like amongst the collectibles.
