Went here with my mom who is very allergic to cinnamon. At first we had a male server who we asked if they put cinnamon in the French toast batter and or on top he said no and they can take it off the top. We got our order and it had cinnamon on top. The male server had left and we had a new one so we confirmed if they put cinnamon in the batter and they did. Uneducated employees could have seriously hurt my mom and I didn’t appreciate it. They comped a coffee off the receipt. Terrible.

Delicious. I had the Chipotle and Chorizo Benedict and I honestly think it was the best breakfast that I've had in my life. I caught myself making audidle groans while eating it and realized that one of the other patrons heard me 🤣

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Reno. I had remembered being at a different location a few years earlier and suggested we stop. Seating was easy enough for a Sunday morning. The food was good. My husband got an omelette and I got the stuffed French toast. It was delicious. We sat outside.

Came for mother's day. We waited an hour and 20 mins. After we were told it was a 30 minute wait. Went to see where we were in line. Girl up front told us they were down a cook. So food is taking an extra 25 mins to come out. Management should of been more prepared.

3 adults and a baby. $80.00 breakfast. One meal was even comped due to quality, or lack of… Ordered biscuits and gravy, over easy eggs and sausage links. Biscuits and gravy cold, not kinda warm, cold. I asked if they could just pop it in the microwave, no big deal. When they FINALLY brought my breakfast back, they forgot the gravy, the eggs were different ones and barely cooked. Complete disappointment. Establishment was not busy so I don’t feel there was a viable excuse for the lack of effort.

Disappointing experience and poor value for the price. I’ve visited other Squeeze Inn locations in the past and have always enjoyed the food, even though the high pricing has usually been a deterrent. After my visit to the Carson City location today, I won’t be back. The service was decent, but the food quality and portion sizes were a major letdown. We ordered the Bros Biscuits and Gravy, which was just one small, flat biscuit with very little gravy and three paper-thin pieces of bacon. The meal also came with scrambled eggs that were served cold. We had to order the "spuds" and a side of pancakes separately. The pancakes were almost inedible—overcooked to the point of being rubbery on one side, requiring a knife just to cut through them. The spuds were the only hot item, but they were clearly pre-cooked potatoes tossed in a fryer and were soaked in oil. For one main plate, a side of pancakes, a side of spuds, and one coffee, the total came to $60. 🤯 Between the shrinking portions, the price hikes, and the mediocre, cold food, the value just isn't there anymore.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. What you described is not the standard we hold ourselves to, especially when it comes to food quality, temperature, and portion consistency.

We truly appreciate that you’ve enjoyed other Squeeze In locations in the past, which makes it even more disappointing to hear we missed the mark during your visit to Carson City. Your comments about the biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and overall value are being taken seriously and will be addressed directly with our kitchen team.

We’d genuinely love the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly so we can follow up personally.

Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us improve.
