The Staff was amazing..and they just didn’t know I walked in also a patient coming out of mental abuse and just they warm smiles and patience and making me feel like it’s ok meant so much to me
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very quick visit but never felt like I was being rushed out the door. I would totally visit again.
Both Blake and Shannon were absolutely amazing.
They were personable, professional, and methodical. Shannon could not have been more thorough and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

While the care I received in the back for an injury was just fine, the issues came in paying for my services and the care I received post visit. There was apparently an error in their payment system. I swiped my card and was told to do so again by the receptionist because "it didn't go through". Turns out it did, twice. So on top of being down $75 unexpectedly on my visit, I was also out an additional $75 which I needed to pay for my medication after treatment. Despite being able to instantly withdraw your money, it will take them 3-5 buisness days to issue a refund for a duplicate transaction. I currently have an un-treated wound 4 days later and will likely not receive my refund till after the weekend. So I will likely go a full 6-7 days with an open wound after a procedure at this location, and no way to treat it because of an error on their receptionist's behalf. Will not visit again.
Yesterday I brought my great grandson to Urgent Care. The staff was very friendly. Reese was seen almost immediately. His hand was xrayed, and there was indeed a fracture. A splint was put on, and we were given instructions for following up with an orthopedic specialist. This was the second time that I have gone to this facility, and I will continue to use them in the future. Both times we were in an out of there quickly. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!

First time here and the staff was so kind and the Dr she was so sweet very helpful it didn't take long either and it was so clean inside the waiting room. I will be going back I will do recommend them to anyone. Second time to go back Mrs Cindy Otillio is amazing

I was unable to get an appt w/ my GP & decided to try this urgent care. The appt booking process & online paperwork system was easy to navigate. The receptionist Monique was incredibly welcoming & informative. In addition, Rachael & my NP Cindy were very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I am an RN & was treated wonderfully by all of the staff I encountered; I highly recommend this facility.

Every one was friendly, but I was not happy with my experience with exam. Was very reluctant to help. My primary was unable to see me on short notice and told me to go to urgent care. This was supposed to give me relief until I could see a specialist.

They were very prompt on getting me in and quick to get a diagnoses as well as getting the prescriptions to pharmacy.
Both our Nurse and the Nurse Practitioner were very professional and attentive to any and all issues I had mentioned. Very wonderful experience!
