Very disappointing and frustrating experience. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday for my 80 years old mom , but when we arrived, the facility was closed and no one was there\. When we called, the on-call person answered but was very rude and said, “That’s not my fault. No one took responsibility for the scheduling issue. The entire experience was disorganized and unprofessional, and it wasted our time. When we called again on Monday, we were told that the technician had a family emergency and could not make it. I would not recommend this facility.

Very welcoming experience from the moment we walked in. Nice facility and received excellent care from the start. I want to make special recognition to our Nurse Jonah. His professionalism and quality of care was prestigious. I originally arrived with worry and uncertainty. However this young man provided the reassurance needed.
