My colleague and I went a day with Lee working on our presentation and public speaking skills. The day flew by as it was packed with interesting scenarios and role plays and we came away some useful strategies for building up confidence and presenting information in an effective, compelling way. Recommended for people who have a public speaking element to their work but don't get much practice or guidance. thank you!

Public speaking has never been in my comfort zone so today's I started off from a point of Anxiety and a little fear, however the Facilitator was wonderful and managed to ease my nerves enough to participate and engage with the process. I feel I have come away feeling more confident and I have learned new skills to take me forward such as stage presence and crafting my story. I also thought it was a great team building exercise. It has elevated my confidence in being able to function and present more confidently in the future.
Course was very interactive and had insights on the talking in the stage, facing the crowd, and how to practice vocals before ur presentation. I also got to meet new people and have a chat with them because of that I came out of my comfort zone.Mr. Lee also gave us exercises to improve the communication skills and overcome the fear among the crowd was great.
This course was highly interactive and suitable for people from all walks of life and all levels of confidence and experience. It did not over complicate things and enabled people to gain confidence speaking to the group by using topics of their own choice and developing good listening skills. Simple activities built skills and confidence in gradual steps towards the final presentation which involved speaking without notes.
In addition to helping delegates to develop their public speaking skills, through the sharing of personal stories in the presentations , the day provided an amazing team building opportunity, the results of which were excellent

What an incredible opportunity to learn from Lee’s wealth of knowledge and expertise. He created a safe and encouraging space for us all to speak in our own authentic way that engages the audience. He enabled us to speak with purpose and from the heart and we have gone away with tips and methods that can be easily implemented in day to day life and on the stage. A brilliant day with an experienced facilitater who works with imagination, empathy and clarity. It’s been a few years since I’ve attended any trading and I’m so glad I came I enjoyed it so much. It’s also been great being with all our colleagues and participants in Hero’s for Health I’ve learned so much from all of you too..
