☺Die Lage ist am Rande der Innenstadt, daher Top. Zum Hafen und Altstadt sind es nur ein paar Schritte.
☹Man kann nicht vor dem Hotel parken (auch nicht zum Ausladen, auch nicht mit dem Motorrad auf dem Bürgersteig). Man muss auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweiche, ca. 3 min. zu Fuß und geht mit EasyPark.

We are glad to hear that you appreciated our central location, close to the harbour and old town. Regarding parking, our hotel is located in the city centre, where street parking and stopping rules are controlled by the municipality. Parking or leaving a motorcycle on the sidewalk is unfortunately not permitted under local regulations.
Hotel parking in central Tromsø is limited, and we therefore recommend guests to reserve parking in advance whenever possible. When hotel parking is unavailable or not suitable, we try to guide guests to the best nearby alternatives, including public parking through EasyPark.
We always try to provide a practical and competitively cheap priced parking solution where possible, but guests are of course free to choose the option that suits them best. We are sorry if this was inconvenient during your stay.

☺Only the breakfast! And the location
☹To begin with, this hotel did not feel it necessary to get the rooms cleaned everyday or at least clearing out the dustbin. Though we paid for 2 people, the room was too cramped. No receptionist 24/7.. never seen a hotel like this. I would Never recommend anyone to stay here. There are better sports in Tromso!!

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our reception hours are clearly stated on the website, and the hotel is not advertised as having 24/7 reception. For late hours, we provide night entrance instructions, and our staff also assisted you personally to the door to make sure the information was clear.
Regarding housekeeping, for longer stays we normally provide daily room cleaning, with deeper cleaning every third day unless there is a specific exception or a “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door. Our housekeeping and reception teams were available and tried to help with your requests during the stay.
We also accommodated your late check-out request free of charge and assisted with practical matters beyond the usual hotel service, including helping with taxi-related arrangements. Our staff remained calm and helpful throughout, and we are honestly disappointed that these efforts were not reflected fairly in your review.
Room size can vary depending on the room category booked, and we always try our best to support guests within the options available. We regret that you left with this impression, but we also feel it is important to clarify that the team did make genuine efforts to assist you.
