☺Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der Storgata, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle des Airport Express ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber.
☹Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, und es gibt kaum Möglichkeit, irgendetwas zu verstauen. Die Dusche in meinem Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand.

☺Pulizia, cordialità del personale e calore. Dovendo fare un' escursione prima dell' orario di colazione lo staff ci ha fatto trovare una busta take away con la colazione all' interno. Davvero una cosa carinissima e che non tutti fanno.
☹Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è il letto non matrimoniale. Letti singoli uniti, con materassi singoli e piumoni singoli....ma credo che in Norvegia siano tutti così.

We had just had the best time
☺ Very central, staff were fantastic- we could not fault anything. A great range of food offered at breakfast & if heading out on an early trip staff offered picnic bags.
It was warm & cosy. We had fantastic views across the water to the Arctic cathedral & mountain

☺ Very comfortable and convenient room. Warm, 5 mins walking from city centre. Amazing location. Good breakfast and amazing attention of receptionist and all personal. I fully recommend this place.

☹ The shower leaked a bit into the bathroom, not a major issue but had to use towels to soak up

☺ It was so clean, the bed was really comfy and the heated floors in the bathroom was a treat! The hot drinks in the reception were a lovely touch after a day out in the cold.

Я путешествую в среднем около 8-10 раз в год и останавливалась в разных отелях, но этот на данный момент могу назвать лучшим. У него идеально расположение на центральной улице Тромсё. Мы везде спокойно ходили пешком, и было очень удобно. В номере есть чайник, а так же чай и кофе. В декабре это большой плюс. Так же в ванной комнате есть теплый пол. Как же он радует, когда прихоишь с мороза. Отдельно отмечу холл, где стоят горячие чай, кофе и глёг, печеньки и диваны. Мы с удовольствием после долгих прогулок проводили время в холле. Очень уютно! Завтраки прекрасны! И персонал очень заботливый. Я общалась и с администраторами, и с уборщицами. Все работники отеля очень милые. Отдельно отмечу набор подушек на кровати. Я беременна, мне они помогли комфортно спать. Огромное спасибо! Рекомендую этот отель всем! Благодаря ему у меня был самый идеальный отпуск.
