My husband and I worked with John Smart of HomeMasters of Southern Oregon on a number of projects on our home. We had John's crews tear down and build a new attached patio structure and roof it on the backside of our home. We also had them remove moss from the roof, replace some rotted fascia board, install a new downspout, power wash our gutters and adjust our gutters so the rain flows properly and then paint all of the gutters. They also built custom metal covers for the outriggers over our garage and the patio and driveway concrete was power washed. All the work was done by experienced professional workers. The crews were friendly, did excellent work and end of job clean-up was great. From the construction to the painting everything turned out fantastic. The best part was working with John Smart, who prepared the detailed work estimate, expertly supervised the work crews and kept us constantly updated on the work schedule -- when workers will arrive at the house and how long the work will take. Sierra, who handled job logistics and billing was really on top of everything too. The entire experience could not have been better and we are extremely happy with the completed projects. Because of John Smart's superb project management, clear communications on the price and dates of project completion and excellent oversight of our projects, I highly recommend HomeMasters and John for any construction, roofing, siding, fencing, windows, painting and gutters projects. John is unlike any other contractors we have met. He really listens, cares about your projects, values and expects high quality work from his crews, and spends time answering all questions. He goes the extra mile! In the future we will be replacing the fences around our yard and our home's roof and we will not hesitate to call on HomeMasters and John again. 5 star service from Day 1 to Project Completion!

These guys are fantastic. David is a great front man, and Zack did a great job on the roof. This team feels like they really care about the work they do. They saved us money where they could without cutting corners. They were polite and patient at every step, and have really good communication skills. They fixed a tricky problem where our slanted roof meets a flat roof, but I'm sure we'll go back to them when we need the rest of the roof redone!
