The inital evalution by John of my roof was through and informative. I was given many suggestions and options and all my questions were answered. He followed up with online resources and reference material. At my request I was given several addresses to see what the roof colors looked like in person. The estimate was very detailed, had options, and was reasonable (I had 3 others). I asked for and promptly received documents related to insurance and certification. A crew of 9 arrived on time and immediately set to work. My home was recently painted and they did a great job of protecting it (with no damage). There was zero wasted time and not one worker ever used a personal cell phone! When I had questions they were answered by the onsight foreman and/or John who was available by phone and he was frequently on scene. Roof replacement is a messy process but the crew cleaned several times each day and was deligent about minimizing inconvenience. Despite a fairly large roof with a very steep pitch, the entire project (including 2 skylights and a light tube) was finished in two and a half days. Final cleanup was very good. The crew, John, and office staff were professional, no-nonsense, and responsive. The roof looks great and the piece of mind from it being backed by a 50-year, non-prorated warranty, is signifcant. If you are consdering a new roof in/near the Rogue Valley I strongly encourage you to get an evaluation and estimate from John and his team before choosing your vendor. I am very glad that I did so.
