Alhamdulillah, returning from Umrah fills my heart with immense gratitude. Choosing Hisar Travel for this sacred journey was one of the best decisions I made, and I cannot recommend them enough. While the overall logistics were excellent, what made this trip truly life-changing was our exceptional Mutawwif, Ustaz Qorni. I am profoundly grateful for everything Ustaz Qorni did for us. I have put off going for Umrah for the longest time because my religion knowledge & know how were limited. Ustaz Qorni patiently guided our group with gentle leadership, making sure no one was left behind during Tawaf, Sa'i, and Ziyarah. Ustaz Qorni invaluable teaching, beyond explaining the rituals & doas. Ustaz Qorni shared beautiful spiritual insights, prophetic history, and practical advice that deeply enriched my understanding and connection to every step of Umrah. Ustaz Qorni constantly checked in on our well-being and created an environment filled with warmth, unity, and devotion. Also not forgetting Ustaz Doni who helped Ustaz Qorni to take care of us in Mekah. This Umrah was made more memorable because of these two. Thank you.

Alhamdulillah, an unforgettable Umrah experience with Hisar Travel! Huge thanks to Ust Qorni, Ust Doni and Ust Fawwaz for their guidance and dedication. Special appreciation to Ust Qorni, whose beautiful storytelling about the journey of Rasulullah saw deepened our understanding and made us fall even more in love with our beloved Prophet saw. His extensive knowledge, tireless efforts and genuine care for every jemaah, always shown with the utmost respect, truly touched us. The itinerary was packed and the package offered incredible value for money despite being one of the more affordable options. Truly the best mutawwifs and the best group of jemaah!

Alhamdulillah, all praise and gratitude are due to Allah SWT, who graciously made my Umrah pilgrimage, which took place from the 17th to the 28th of September in 2026, a deeply fulfilling dream come true. Alhamdulillah, our entire group was expertly guided throughout the journey by the highly experienced Ustaz Syihab, along with the assistance of the other respected ustazs present in Mecca and Medina. They demonstrated significant patience and were very helpful in addressing all of our requests, which contributed to making our pilgrimage a less stressful experience. I feel extremely grateful and wish to thank each and every jemaah who welcomed me and made me feel like part of a new family. Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely suggest Hisar Travel to anyone who is making arrangements to undertake their Umrah journey. If I am granted the opportunity by Allah to perform another Umrah pilgrimage in the future, I would certainly select Hisar Travel again, In Sha Allah.
