Very professional company . Met with our insurance adjuster for inspection of hail damage. The support from the office was prompt and made sure to walk us through every step of the process. The crew was very professional and quick on a very hot day. They cleaned the property around the house and garage even after a long hot day.A company inspector came out and inspected the roof after completion and took pictures. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a good priced quality installation.

We had a great experience with this roofing company! From the first consultation with Chris and Gary to the completion of the job, everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The crew did an amazing job, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. Sean followed up to inspect the installation and clean up before our final invoice was issued. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. They truly went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company you can trust!

What stood out most was how honest and easygoing the whole interaction felt. No pressure, no upselling, just straightforward help. He explained what was going on in a way that made sense and even put a temporary “band-aid” fix to prevent further problems until a proper repair can be done. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in doing the job right without trying to sell you things you don’t need. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

I highly recommend HiPoint Roofing & Exteriors! They offer free inspections, estimates, and financing solutions, all with a refreshing zero-pressure approach. When I needed to hold off for a bit, they were completely cool with it. The crew did a great job on my roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. Communication between the office and project managers was seamless, and I appreciated the weekly updates via text, email, and phone. If you need roof repairs or a full replacement, give them a call!
